[News] Apple ยื่นเอกสารฟ้องกลับและกล่าวหาว่า Epic Games "เป็นโจรเจ้าเล่ห์ที่ขโมยค่าส่วนแบ่งร้านค้า"

เรื่องราวของข้อพิพาทระหว่าง Epic Games และ Apple ในเรื่องส่วนแบ่งร้านค้า 30% บน App Store ที่ส่งผลให้ Fortnite ต้องถูกถอดถอนออกจากแพลตฟอร์มของทาง Apple ยังคงดำเนินต่อไปอย่างร้อนแรง

จากรายงานของ CNN ระบุว่า ทาง Apple ได้ยื่นเรื่องฟ้องกลับ Epic Games เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยกล่าวหาว่า ทาง Epic เป็นโจรเจ้าเล่ห์ที่ขโมยค่าส่วนแบ่งร้านค้า 30%

โดยในเอกสารฟ้องร้อง Apple อธิบายว่า ทาง Epic ดำเนินแผนในการ "ขโมยค่าส่วนแบ่ง" ด้วยความเจ้าเล่ห์ และการใส่ Hotfix ในการให้ส่วนลดแก่ผู้เล่นในการซื้อหน่วยเงิน V-Bucks ใน Fortnite ด้วยการหลีกเลี่ยงระบบจ่ายเงินของ App Store และไปจ่ายให้กับ Epic โดยตรงแทน ที่ไม่ต่างอะไรกับ Trojan Horse

ซึ่งนอกเหนือจากความเสียหายด้านการเงินแล้ว Apple ยังหวังว่าศาลจะพิจารณาว่า การเคลื่อนไหวของ Epic เป็นการละเมิดข้อสัญญาด้วย

ส่วน Epic ก็ปฏิเสธที่จะให้ความเห็นใดๆ กับทาง CNN Business เกี่ยวกับแถลงการณ์ก่อนหน้า ที่อ้างว่า Apple มีความสุขกับ "'การผูกขาดในระบบการจ่ายเงินภายในแอปบน iOS และเป็นการกีดกันการแข่งขันด้านตลาดและราคาอย่างอิสระ"

*** วิเคราะห์สงครามเทคโนโลยี และการแผ่อิทธิพลของจีนในฟิลิปปินส์ ***

ปฏิเสธไม่ได้ว่าโลกยุคปัจจุบันนั้น เทคโนโลยีได้ก้าวเข้ามามีบทบาทกับชีวิตผู้คนอย่างมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องชีวิตส่วนตัว เรื่องความรักและความสัมพันธ์ ไปจนถึงการทำงานที่มีการพึ่งพิงพลังของเทคโนโลยีอย่างสูง นับเป็นเรื่องที่น่ายินดีที่มนุษย์สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากความสะดวกสบายที่เทคโนโลยีมอบให้อย่างเต็มที่ อย่างไรก็ตามพลังเหล่านี้ยังทำให้ “เทคโนโลยี” กลายเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศและส่งผลกระทบต่อทิศทางทางการเมืองของชาติต่างๆ

บทความนี้กล่าวถึงการต่อสู้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารที่กำลังก้าวเข้าทดแทนการสู้รบด้วยกำลัง พร้อมกับวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษาจากกรณีที่ “Dito” บริษัทโทรคมนาคมยักษ์ใหญ่ที่หนุนหลังโดยทุนจีน กำลังจะก้าวขึ้นเป็นผู้แบ่งสัดส่วนการตลาดโทรคมนาคมอันดับ 3 ของฟิลิปปินส์

1) ข้อมูลคืออำนาจ

ในโลกนี้ยิ่งประเทศหนึ่งๆ สามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลได้มากเท่าใด ก็จะยิ่งมีอำนาจมากขึ้นเท่านั้น เพราะสามารถใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวในการพยากรณ์, กำหนดความเป็นไป, และแทรกแซงประเทศอื่นๆ

2) ความสัมพันธ์ และความขัดแย้ง จีน - ฟิลิปปินส์

จีนและฟิลิปปินส์มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ซับซ้อนและเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ ความขัดแย้งของทั้งสองเริ่มคุกกรุ่นในปี 2010 เมื่ออดีตประธานาธิบดี เบนิกโน อาคีโน ที่ 3 ดำเนินนโยบายต่อต้านจีนที่รุกล้ำน่านน้ำเศรษฐกิจฟิลิปปินส์ ผ่านกระบวนการทางกฎหมายของศาลอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ

ในรอบนั้นแม้ศาลจะตัดสินให้ฟิลิปปินส์เป็นผู้ชนะคดี แต่ทางการจีนกลับไม่ยอมรับคำตัดสินดังกล่าว ส่งผลให้เกิดการเผชิญหน้าด้วยกำลังระหว่างกองกำลังระหว่างสองประเทศอยู่เนืองๆ เช่น กรณีที่กองเรือประมงจีนกว่า 200 ลำ เข้ายึดครองพื้นที่หาปลาบริเวณพื้นที่ทับซ้อนกับฟิลิปปินส์ในปี 2020 โดยอ้างแผนที่เส้นเก้าขีดหรือ Nine-dash line ตามประวัติศาสตร์สมัยราชวงศ์ฮั่น

อย่างไรก็ตามประธานาธิบดีฟิลิปปินส์คนปัจจุบันอย่าง โรดรีโก ดูแตร์เต นั้นมีความพยายามรักษาความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจระหว่างจีน-ฟิลิปปินส์ผ่านการลงทุนจากธนาคาร และกองทุนเพื่อการพัฒนาต่างๆ ท่าทีแบกรับแบกสู้เช่นนี้ส่งผลให้อิทธิพลของจีนสามารถแทรกซึมเข้ามาในฟิลิปปินส์อย่างเงียบๆ

3) กรณีบริษัท Dito

บริษัทด้านโทรคมนาคมอย่าง Dito ซึ่งมีบริษัทจีนคือ China Telecom ถือหุ้นถึง 40% กำลังจะเข้ามามีอิทธิพลในฟิลิปปินส์ โดยปัจจุบันมีขนาดใหญ่เป็นอันดับสามในประเทศ (รองจากบริษัท PLDT และ Globe Telecom ที่มีอิทธิพลอยู่ก่อน)

การเข้ามานี้ย่อมทำให้ Dito สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัว พฤติกรรมการสื่อสาร หรือกระทั่งหัวข้อบทสนทนาของประชากรเกือบ 1 ใน 3 ของประเทศ ทำให้หลายฝ่ายในฟิลิปปินส์แสดงความกังวลถึงความสามารถในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวคนในประเทศของจีน

4) อำนาจอ่อนที่ไม่ค่อยอ่อน

หลายคนคงคุ้นเคยกับคำว่า Soft Power ที่หมายถึงการแผ่อิทธิพลของประเทศหนึ่งๆ ผ่านทางวัฒนธรรม ค่านิยมทางการเมือง และนโยบายต่างประเทศ แทนการใช้กำลัง แต่เมื่ออำนาจอ่อนเป็นอำนาจของประเทศมหาอำนาจอย่างจีน มันจึงไม่ค่อยอ่อนสักเท่าไรนัก

ทั้งนี้จีนได้ทุ่มทรัพยากรเพื่อแผ่อำนาจอ่อนไปในหลายภูมิภาคทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะภูมิภาคทะเลจีนใต้ (ซึ่งหลายประเทศมีเหตุไม่ลงรอยทางการเมืองกับจีนอยู่) จีนมีการส่งออกผลผลิตทางวัฒนธรรมอย่างละครซีรี่ส์ซีป๊อบ (CPOP) ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มสตรีมมิ่งอย่าง IQIYI และแพลตฟอร์มวีดีโออย่าง Tiktok ซึ่งจะไม่สามารถทำได้เลยหากไม่มีเทคโนโลยีการส่งข้อมูลที่รวดเร็ว และการสนับสนุนอย่างเป็นระบบจากรัฐ

นอกจากนั้นจีนยังพยายามสานสัมพันธ์กับผู้นำหลายประเทศ หนึ่งในนั้นคือ โรดริโก ดูเตอร์เต้ ประธานาธิบดีฟิลิบปินส์ ผู้โผงผาง ซึ่งแสดงออกอย่างชัดเจนว่าเป็นผู้นิยมในจีน ทั้งยังเคยออกปากตำหนิ โดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ อดีตประธานาธิบดีสหรัฐฯ อย่างผิดวิสัยการทูต

ดูเตอร์เต้ได้ออกมาสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ Dito อย่างออกหน้าออกตา รวมถึงได้ขู่ PLDT และ Globe Telecom หรือคู่แข่งที่ครองอันดับ 1 และ 2 ในเวลานี้ให้ดำเนินการดีขึ้น มิเช่นนั้นเขาจะเรียกคืนสัมปทานโทรคมนาคมของทั้ง 2 บริษัทเสีย การนี้ทำให้การเข้ามาของ Dito ถูกโยงเข้าเกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ เรียกได้ว่าหมากเกมนี้ของจีนนั้นเริ่มไปไกลเกินกว่าที่ประเทศอื่นจะรู้สึกตัวเสียอีก

5) การเสียสมดุลทางอำนาจ

เมื่อพูดถึงการขยายอำนาจของจีนในภูมิภาคนี้ หากจะละเลยไม่พูดถึงสหรัฐอเมริกาคงเป็นเรื่องแปลก สำนักข่าวในฟิลิปปินส์หลายสำนักกำลังรอดูท่าทีจากฝั่งสหรัฐฯ ว่าจะมีการตัดสินใจอย่างไรต่อการเดินหมากของจีน

แต่เนื่องจากภายในสหรัฐฯ มีการเปลี่ยนผู้นำจากนาย โดนัลด์ ทรัมป์ เป็น นาย โจ ไบเดน ส่งผลนโยบายต่างประเทศมีการเปลี่ยนตามไปด้วย เมื่อบวกกับภาวะโรคระบาดโควิดทำให้รัฐบาลสหรัฐฯ มีเรื่องให้กังวลมากพออยู่แล้ว จึงไม่น่าแปลกใจที่สหรัฐฯ จะยังไม่เคลื่อนไหว และดูเหมือนกำลังรอคอยเวลาที่จะเดินหมากของตัวเองอยู่ เพียงแต่ครั้งนี้อาจจะใช้เวลา “รอ” มากสักหน่อย โดยสำนักข่าว SupChina ได้เสนอว่าอาจมีการพูดคุยกันระหว่างพันธมิตรของอเมริกาในแถบคาบสมุทรเกาหลี ได้แก่เกาหลีใต้ ญี่ปุ่น และสหรัฐฯ เพื่อหาแนวทางรับมือต่อไป เพียงแต่อาจจะไม่ทันใจกองเชียร์ที่เห็นจีนกำลังรุกคืบเข้ามาอย่างชัดเจนเท่านั้น

หลายฝ่ายเห็นตรงกันว่าต่อให้จีนตั้งใจรุกคืบเข้าสู่วงการโทรคมนาคมของฟิลิปปินส์ด้วยเจตนาอื่นที่นอกเหนือไปกว่าการทำธุรกิจให้บริการสัญญาณโทรศัพท์จริง แต่สิ่งที่จะขัดขวางจีนได้ อาจไม่ใช่นักการเมืองหรือประเทศมหาอำนาจอื่นๆ หากแต่เป็นชาวฟิลิปปินส์ผู้ซึ่งจะเป็นคนตัดสินใจว่าการบริการและคุณภาพของบริษัท Dito นั้น สมควรได้รับความเชื่อถือหรือไม่

Saya ingat dulu waktu zaman Blogger ketika berperang dengan blogger PAS tahun sebelum 2013. Ada satu ayat yang selalu blogger PAS gunakan apabila kami berlawan.

Hari ini Saya dituduh agent PPBM, Saya dituduh pengkhianat UMNO malah lebih teruk ada yang menuduh Saya Trojan horse yang mahu membunuh UMNO dari dalam.

Ya hari ini Saya ambil satu risiko yang sangat besar dalam parti UMNO. Kenyataan dan tindakan Saya mengajak kepada penyatuan Melayu tidak mengumbirakan sesetengah pihak dalam UMNO.

Sepanjang kempen penyatuan sejak 2018 Saya tidak pernah sekalipun mengajak menyertai PAS mahupun PPBM tetapi hari ini persepsi nya Saya dikatakan mengajak ahli UMNO sertai PPBM.

Hari ini Saya merupakan Exco Pergerakan Pemuda UMNO Malaysia. Satu jawatan yang tinggi dalam hiraki pemuda UMNO. Jawatan yang Saya menang pemilihan dipilih oleh perwakilan pemuda UMNO seluruh negara dan bukan secara lantikan.

Jika penyatuan Melayu yang Saya gerakkan ini memberikan risiko kepada karier politik Saya maka Saya ambil keputusan nya sebagai perjuangan yang Saya perlu tempuhi kerana Saya memikul amanah yang telah diberikan perwakilan pemuda UMNO untuk mengembalikan kepercayaan rakyat khususnya anak muda kepada UMNO.

The game is set during the Trojan War in the Bronze Age, taking place the furthest back in time the series has ever covered.

The Greek gods featured in Troy can influence the game in similar ways to their Homeric counterparts, with their influence spanning entire factions, rather than directly intervening on the battlefield. Gaining favour with the different gods requires players to invest time or sacrifice resources, but also provides various benefits as the game progresses.

Although there is little documentation of Bronze Age naval warfare, naval combat has been included in the form of island battles, inspired by that featured in Total War: Warhammer II – Curse of the Vampire Coast. The Greek god Poseidon will play a major role in these battles.

Hero versus hero combat has been implemented in Troy, wherein two fighting heroes will be given room by nearby units, creating a circular battle area and preventing other units from intervening. Some heroes have an active battle ability called Divine Challenge, which taunts opposing characters into one-on-one combat. Eight heroes are included in the game, such as the Greek champion- Achilles, and the Prince of Troy- Hector.

A Trojan horse mechanic plays a major role within the campaign, appearing in the campaign at specific moments, and providing significant bonuses to players should it be acted upon quickly enough.

Troy introduces a new multiple resource economy that reflects the advancing pre-monetary barter economy of the Bronze Age setting. The five different resources are food, wood, stone, bronze, and gold, which can be found within different regions to varying degrees of scarcity. Food and wood are used to recruit early game units and construct simple buildings, whereas more formidable structures will require stone, and higher tier units will require bronze. Gold is vital for trade due to its universal rarity.

The diplomacy system in Troy builds on that featured in Total War: Three Kingdoms, allowing you to appease allies, your enemies in their place, allowing the player to change the entire course of the Trojan war. Other new diplomatic features which are unique to Troy will also be introduced.
