อุตุฯ ต้องขึ้นสัญลักษณ์เตือนภัย #ฝนแดง (Red Rain) เป็นครั้งแรกของปี

ข่าวว่า พายุลูกนี้ ได้คร่าชีวิตผู้เคราะห์ร้ายไป 2 ราย
รายนึงถูกฟ้าผ่าที่ Tai O
อีกรายถูกคลื่นลมแรงพัดตกจากเรือบริเวณเกาะ Castle Rock ทางตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของเกาะฮ่องกง

ปกติชาวเรือจะคุ้นเคยกับสภาพอากาศที่ย่ำแย่อยู่แล้ว แต่พายุลูกนี้ ผิดปกติมาก จู่ๆ ก็ถาโถมมาแบบเร็วและแรงเหมือนไต้ฝุ่น
พัดโต๊ะและเก้าอี้ปลิวว่อน และถึงกับทำให้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์เคลื่อนที่

พายุหนักลูกนี้ เกิดขึ้นเพียงระยะเวลาราว 1 ชั่วโมง
อุตุฯ ลดระดับสัญญาณเตือนภัยลงเหลือ #ฝนเหลือง หรือ Amber Rain ในเวลา 15.20 น.
และปลดทุกสัญลักษณ์ลงในเวลา 16.45 น.

ข่าวว่า หลังพายุสงบ เจ้าหน้าที่ต้องเร่งมือเข้าเคลียร์พื้นที่ ย่าน Wan Chai และ Happy Valley
เนื่องจากมีต้นไม้และวัตถุต่างๆ ล้มระเนระนาดกีดขวางการจราจร

สำหรับพยากรณ์อากาศในวันพรุ่งนี้ (อาทิตย์ที่ 21 เมษา)

Suddenly there was a storm and heavy rain (so much) blowing in Hong Kong.
The sky is bright. Suddenly becomes dark as dark as night.
Meteorite has to get on the first #red rain warning sign (Red rain) for the first time of the year.

News that this storm has killed 2 victims.
One got hit by lightning at tai o
Another one was blown by a wind wave from a boat around castle rock island southeast of Hong Kong Island.
.
Some attractions must stop service
E.G. Peak team tram, nong ping baskets.
And the tram in town as trees fall over cable, tram around wan chai, etc.

A locals gave an interview
In the storm, he was at Kennedy town pier.
Naval people are usually accustomed to bad weather, but this storm is very unusual. Suddenly comes fast and strong as typhoon.
Blowing tables and chairs blown away and even made the container move.

This heavy storm only happened for about 1 hours.
Meteorite reduced the alarm level to #yellow rain or Amber rain at 15.20
And unlock all signs at 16.45
