กาสไปเยี่ยมคุณ เจี๊ยบ หรือ นาย อำนาจ
ชีวะกานนท์ อายุ57ปี ป่วยเป็นโรคเยื้อ
สมองอักเสบ เพราะตอนอายุ12ได้เกิด
อุบัติเหตุตกเปล ทำให้ต้องพิการตั้งแต่
วันนั้นมา คุณเจี๊ยบต้องใช้ชีวิตแบบนี้มา
ตามลำพัง พ่อแม่แยกทางกัน ตัวเองก็
ต้องหาเลี้ยงตัวเอง แต่ที่สำคัญตั้งแต่
เกิดคุณเจี๊ยบไม่มีบัตรประชาชน ไม่มีอะ
ไรเลย ทุกวันนี้ทำอะไรก็ลำบาก แขนขา
ลีบ เดินไม่ได้ ไปไหนก็ไถ่ตัวโดยใช้แขน
พยุงตัวเอง บัตรคนพิการก็ไม่ได้ ทุกๆวัน

สาขาราชบุรี เพื่อดูหมอ บางคนก็ไม่ดูแต่
