I took a short break in early Oct, went to Egypt, and now I'm back stronger than ever. ☀️
.
Currently weighted at 83.2KG. Gained some weighted but managed to maintain at low bodyfat (below 10%).
.
I am still lifting as heavy as possible except not doing heavy Squats and DLs because my lower back (L4) keeps bothering me if I do them.
.
If you been following my Stories, you that I am doing more metcon work recently and adding more mileage into my evening run. Having a well-built physique is good, but forging my inner fitness and mental strength is crucial. 🔥
.
Now I am more active than before, I have the privilege to eat more food daily, but that doesn't mean I can indulge whatever I want (never consume your daily food blindly).
.
I consume about 3000-3200 kcal every day — moderate Protein instead of High. I lowered down the Protein a little (but still hitting my daily need) because I need more other macros (carbs & fats) for performance. And just as usual, I eat a lot of veggies, and I eat as much real food as possible.
.
Lastly, this photo wouldn't make it without a good 55mm lens, angled with good lighting + flexed with post-workout pump + some color corrections. I have to admit that pictures on social media always look more sharp and solid. So please don't get disappointed when you see me in real. 😎

Since we are heading back to Sweden, this will be my final video in the series of “My life in Taiwan” for a while! Therefore I wanted to make it special by doing it in Chinese! In this video I talk about studying Chinese and my life in Taiwan. I realize that this might not be very entertaining for some people, and that my Chinese is not amazing, but for me it felt very important to finally try to make a video in Chinese. I hope you like it!
