爆肚，係一種好令人頭痛，但也很過癮的演出方法。但你有冇睇過一套音樂劇，係整整90分鐘，由頭爆肚爆到落尾？
我唔係講笑，即係劇本、對白、歌詞、音樂，完全係爆肚，全場包括演員和導演本身，都冇辦法控制到下一句的對白和歌詞，一面想、一面演、一面唱、一面跳！

但呢套 The Showstoppers 就係咁瘋狂— 一開始劇本設定係一個劇本創作人，收到一個電話叫佢今日內起貨寫一套音樂劇，然後佢打破四面牆，問觀眾劇本設定係咩、包含咩曲目，觀察在座位上叫出答案，然後大家用觀呼聲投票— 五分鐘內，我們決定了故事是在「最後一間錄影帶租賃店」裡面發生、包含的歌曲風格為另一套音樂劇出名快舞勁歌嘅42nd Street、肌肉舞男秀Magic Mike、一套我唔識嘅CHER、同埋經典嘅芝加哥，名為One Block Away的音樂劇。
三十秒後，演員們就跑出來，開始演也開始唱著相關的劇情，突然間，劇本創作人大叫一聲— 由這刻開始變成42nd Street 吧！然後演員就立刻以42nd Street的風格與曲風即場繼續演繹，並帶領劇情推進。老實說，一人爆肚我見得多，神級執生我也欣賞過，但全個舞台包括隊band都要即場執生仲要由頭執到落尾，我真係第一次見，你可以想像到演員的轉數要幾快，先可以一面演兼一面唱完全無法排練的一套音樂劇。
但大家唔需要擔心，場show絕對係專業的，在他們流水行雲的演出下，其實是一番苦功— 他們有300首音樂劇的playlist是必須要熟悉的，所以無論觀眾叫咩曲風，佢地都可以跟得上。劇本，早已成竹在胸，既是倒背如流，又何懼同你即興鬥戲連唱？
當然，我一開始都有諗過「係咪預先搵定個媒叫呢啲劇目出黎架？」佢地已經做左1000場，而當中未試過有一場係重覆過，在散場後的Q&A環節，有人來看了51次，係整整51次，但還是沒有重覆過。既是如此，又怎樣排練1000場不同的音樂劇呢？
講起即興，其實我呢個死八婆寫文都係即興，每日見到咩、發生咩事、俾邊條仔溝，也完全不是我能控制。感謝大家這兩年來的支持，我個page終於出現38000個likes，作為一個專業的三八，呢個真係萬千星輝八婆大獎！

Wonderful things come in threes. "The Shanghai Sisters" (KL
edition) are Janet Lee, May Mow and WinnieHO - three fun and sassy bilingual performers in the local live jazz circuit and beyond. Their repertoire consists of golden classics from Old Shanghai (1920s - 1950s), classic American songbook standards, show tunes and other popular standards.

Shanghai", performing with a 6-piece jazz band led by music
director and jazz pianist Tay Cher Siang; accompanied by 12 dancers from Rhythm Rhitz. Event planning by Brovo Entertainment.

芭樂爸有時候會想出一些有創意的菜色，為了讓孩子吃到不一樣的餐點，小芭樂很喜歡喝玉米濃湯，所以芭樂爸巧思的創作出一道新菜色素食-蔬食「地瓜濃湯麵」。
素食-蔬食「地瓜濃湯麵」的湯頭有天然的甜甜香味，濃稠的口感小朋友很喜歡，可以依個人喜好加入不一樣食材，小芭樂很喜歡吃菇類，所以芭樂爸放了珊瑚菇。如果不加入麵條，可以當成一般的濃湯喝，也可以加入白飯，變成濃湯泡飯，所以學會一種濃湯湯底，就可以變化出各種菜色，讓孩子吃到特別的一餐，營養美味的一餐。
Ernest’s daddy sometimes thought of some creative dishes. Children can eat the different meal. Ernest likes to drink corn soup, so his father create a new dish vegetarian "sweet potato soup noodles".
Vegetarian sweet potato soup noodle’s soup has a natural sweet flavour.
Children like the thick soup.
You can add a variety of ingredients according to personal preferences.
Ernest likes mushroom very much, so daddy use many coral mushrooms inside the vegetarian "sweet potato soup noodles".
If you do not add noodles. It can be as a general thick soup to drink.
You can also add rice into the sweet potato soup. So if you learn a soup base, ou can change a variety of dishes you can. Let the children eat a special meal, nutrition, delicious meal.
