這一次mv拍攝最大的難度在於，每一個畫面都是一鏡到底的，只要有一個小錯誤，走錯位，動作錯，道具歪了，唱錯一個字，樣子不夠帥，就等於要整個從來一遍。真的tm太難了... 幸好五位美女都很會演，不然肯定要拍兩天…

這次特地到馬六甲取景, 因為遇到MCO要跨州很麻煩，而且拍攝有很多SOP要遵守。希望馬來西亞的疫情趕快結束，林北還有很多工作要做，不要再亂搞了好嗎...

เขาก็ทำแท้งให้คนที่มีปัญหาท้องไม่พร้อม ทำตามหลักเป๊ะๆ
แต่ถูกคนในองค์กรเดียวกัน ส่งเรื่องไปร้องเรียน บอกว่าเขาทำผิดจริยธรรม
ทำบาป ทำกรรม ให้สอบจริยธรรมเพื่อถอดใบประกอบวิชาชีพ
ทุกวันนี้อาจารย์ท่านนั้นก็ยังอยู่ในระหว่างถูกสอบอยู่
เอาเป็นว่า นอกจากจะต้องแก้ค่านิยมคนในสังคมแล้ว
แม้กระทั่งคนเป็นหมอด้วยกัน มันก็ต้องมาคุยกันเรื่องนี้นะ

เรื่องเล่าจากหมอให้บริการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ (ทำแท้ง)

สมัยเด็กๆ ก็ไม่ได้รับการปลูกฝังเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการทำแท้งมาแต่อย่างใด ถ้านึกย้อนไปในความรู้สึก เหมือนจะเป็นการทำบาปที่ทำลายชีวิตเด็กที่กำลังจะเกิดมา แต่ก็ไม่ได้คิดอะไรมากมายที่จะต้องต่อต้าน หรือสนับสนุน

เมื่อโตขึ้นมาได้มีการได้เรียนเป็นหมอ เรียนในโรงเรียนแพทย์แห่งหนึ่งที่ไม่มีการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ให้กับหญิงที่ไม่พร้อม ขณะเรียนก็มีโอกาสได้เจอคนไข้กลุ่มนี้เรื่อยๆ ในฐานะที่เป็นหมอก็คงต้องทำตัวเป็นกลางให้คำแนะนำทางเลือก ได้แก่ ตั้งครรภ์ต่อ หรือ ยุติการตั้งครรภ์

การแนะนำให้ตั้งครรภ์ต่อ ก็คงพูดได้แต่หลักการเอาเข้าจริงๆ ก็ไม่มีที่ไหนที่จะดูแลหญิงตั้งครรภ์คนนั้นไปตลอดชีวิต ปัญหาของเขาคือ ความไม่พร้อม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางครอบครัว ทางด้านการเงิน และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย ถามจริงๆ มีองค์กรไหนที่ดูแลเขาไปตลอดชีวิตมั้ย? ถ้ามีช่วยแนะนำด้วย จะได้ส่งคนไข้ไป

การแนะนำทางเลือกยุติการตั้งครรภ์ขณะเรียนก็รู้ว่ามีโรงพยาบาลที่เราควรส่งไป เอาเข้าจริงๆ ก็เหมือนแค่พูดชื่อโรงพยาบาล ขั้นตอนเป็นอย่างไรก็ไม่รู้ เพราะอาจารย์ไม่ได้สอน อาจารย์ไม่ได้แนะนำรายละเอียด อาจารย์บางท่านไม่มีแนวทางเลือกให้ด้วยซ้ำ โรงพยาบาลที่เรียน แพทย์สภา หรือกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ก็ไม่ได้มาเน้นในหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ทำให้เราก็ไม่รู้ว่าต้องทำอย่างไรในด้านการบริหารจัดการ

เมื่อเรียนจบมามีความรู้ความสามารถ ที่สำคัญคือ รู้สึกเข้าใจหญิงที่ท้องไม่พร้อม พวกคุณที่ต่อต้านการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ เข้าใจผู้หญิงเหล่านี้แค่ไหน ถึงยังต่อต้านการยุติการตั้งครรภ์?
.
ถึงตอนนี้ เราพร้อมที่จะดำเนินการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ให้เป็นเรื่องเป็นราว เคยคิดว่า แค่มีระบบก็จบแล้ว เพราะเราเป็นคนทำ แต่ความจริงนั้นไม่ใช่เลยในโลกความเป็นจริงนั้นยากเหลือเกิน ไม่ใช่ยากที่ระบบ แต่ยากที่ “คนรอบตัว”
.
ระบบการยุติการตั้งครรภ์กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และแพทย์สภา มีไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถเบิกกับสปสช.ได้ 100% ดังนั้นการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ไม่ควรจะเป็นเรื่องยาก

“คนรอบตัว” คือใคร? ไล่ตามลำดับมา ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องทะเบียนทำบัตรผู้ป่วย เจ้าหน้าที่หน้าห้องตรวจ เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องยา ผู้ช่วยพยาบาลเตรียมคนไข้ก่อนทำการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ พยาบาลผู้ทำการฉีดยาเพื่อให้หมอทำการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ด้วยการดูด รวมถึงวิสัญญีแพทย์ และพยาบาล บุคคลเหล่านี้ ถือเป็นบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ แต่กลับสร้างความยากลำบากให้กับแพทย์ผู้ที่จะทำการยุติการตั้งครรภ์ให้หญิงที่ท้องไม่พร้อมมากที่สุด ด้วยความคิดที่ว่า การยุติการตั้งครรภ์นั้นเป็นบาป ไม่อยากมีส่วนร่วมใดๆ ไม่อยากแม้แต่จะยืนใกล้ๆ เพื่อทำหน้าที่ของตนเอง

สถาบันต่างๆ ที่ผลิตบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโรงเรียนแพทย์ สถาบันฝึกอบรมพยาบาล ผู้ช่วยพยาบาล ควรสอนให้รู้จักคำว่ายุติการตั้งครรภ์โดยมีข้อบ่งชี้ ไม่ใช่เป็นการทำบาป ทำให้ดูเหมือนว่า แม้จะเรียนจบมามีความรู้ มีใบประกาศ แต่กลับไม่มีวุฒิภาวะทางความคิดในเรื่องนี้

A story from doctor to end pregnancy (abortion)

When I was young, I wasn't cultivated about abortion. If I thought back in feeling like it would be a sin that ruined a child's life that was born, but I didn't think much to resist or support.

When you grow up, there is a doctor in a medical school that doesn't end pregnancy for women who are not ready. While studying, they have a chance to see this group of patients. As doctors, you will have to be neutral. Give advice. The choice is pregnant. Continue or terminate pregnancy
.
Recommending Pregnancy can be said, but the principle is nowhere to take care of that pregnant woman for the rest of his life. His problem is not ready, whether it's family, financial and more. Seriously, is there any organization that takes care of him for the rest of his life? If there is, please recommend so I can send the patient.

Introducing the choice to end pregnancy while studying, I know that there is a hospital that we should send to take it. It's like just saying the name of the hospital. Because teachers didn't teach teachers didn't recommend details. Some teachers don't even have a way to choose. Hospital that study doctor. Council or ministry of health doesn't focus on teaching courses. We don't know what to do in management.

When graduating, the important ability is to understand pregnant women who are not ready. How much do you who oppose pregnancy understand these women are still against pregnancy?

I would like to take this opportunity to thank TV3 Malaysia for letting me participate in such a huge event since the very 1st time i started this journey of mine. It has been 10 years now. And within the 10 years of my musical career, i hv been involved in 7 of ur glamorous Anugerah Juara Lagu editions. Whether it be as a finalist, guest performer or as a jury. Thank you very much for preparing a huge platform for local talents n songwriters. It is without doubt #AJL has given its huge amount of contribution to the music industry, which is of course a subjective matter to everyone. Nevertheless, #AJL has done its part.

Thank u for accepting the nations talent for a generous 30 years. Im sure we have all seen the evolution #AJL has gone through in such a long period of time. At least #AJL is younger than me. Yes. I am older. Ok. Irrelevant point.

今天早上在一本片語書上看到

不可用 take part in the army

讓我想起 join/participate/take part/attend 的差異性

精華區似乎只說 join = take part

後來我又去看了一下英英、網路

發現

take part = participate 好像指參加activity，這兩個有share的概念?

join 應該是指加入到一個group,party等等

attend 這好像也是參加activity

有人知道其中的細微之處嗎?
