Sekarang, kalau ditangkap mereka boleh dipenjarakan walaupun tidak mengedar. Apabila dipenjarakan, mereka akan ada rekod jenayah. Peluang pekerjaan hilang. Disisihkan keluarga & komuniti.Tekanan hidup meningkat. Dadah lagi sekali dijadikan teman hidup.
