Day 1️⃣ of challenge #tpyogachallenge #Tadasana this pose looks easy but it’s hard to do it right. Roll your shoulders back and sink the shoulder blades down, expand the rib cage, side body long, turn your inner triceps out, finger tips pointing down to the floor, legs fully engaged, inner thighs back, squeeze your knees, push your shin in, press your big toes, big toe mounds and inner heels firmly on the floor😋😋😋....yummy yummy.... enjoy my recipe, see you next time 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
