We had talked about being restricted on where we can go, where we should avoid, where can we stay to celebrate, relax, chill, and have peace for his birthday. This makeup tutorial explains you how to imitate the look of a bjd short for ball jointed doll, dollfie doll, or asian doll as they are sometimes called.
An Inspiration to create this makeup was a doll itself, that some nice people at Hyper Japan gave me to pose for a photo. Tadaaaaa!
Now, Let's Start!
Use moisturiser to create a base that makes your skin look smooth like porcelain.
Press the moisturiser with lifting strokes into your skin. Be gentle with your skin, the facial skin is the most sensitive, so make sure your hands and face are clean so you don't transfer bacteria into your pores and avoid breakouts.
When the cream is absorbed, apply a second layer. Wait until the second one is absorbed by your skin too, and apply the third and last layer. Applying more than one layer of moisturiser is more effective.
This part is optional, but listen:
Before we start applying any makeup, insert circle lenses. It's wrong inserting them after the makeup is done, as you risk that powder could come in touch with your lens, and you'd end up with a bad eye infection. Or, of course, your eye makeup and mascara would risk getting messed up.
Use a pink or peach toned concealer, 1 shade lighter than your natural skin tone to create an even, and flawless base shade. Apply around the dark area under your eye, eyelids and the infamous T-Zone. Apply the second coat of concealer and blend, blend, blend, and blend. No magic, but only blending is the one key to create an even base.
Get powder in your natural skin tone. Lightly dab the sponge with the powder. Then, dab the sponge to your facial areas. We only dab, as pressing to much powder onto your skin would mess up the doll look. We want the difference between powder colour and concealer colour to be seen, as it creates a natural but doll like skin.
Dolls got mysterious, beautifully deep set eyes, so keep watching too see how you can do that, too!
Choose light pink eyeshadow, and apply colour from eyelid to brow bone. Choose a reddish brown and apply it to your outer eye corner, then blend the two colours.
As mentioned, make up is art, and there's a wide variety of tools for us to use.
Take a lip liner, but use it as an eyeliner.
Line about the half of your lower lash line and blend moving your finger upwards.
Apply mascara, a lot of mascara, to make both your real lashes and lower lashes thick and long.Now get fake lashes. For a dolly look, look for lashes that aren't too long, have a thin lash band,many but thin lashes, and have their ultimate longest lash pair set in the middle.
Use light pink blush. Smile and apply on your cheeks.
Apply blush on your temples, brushing downwards to your kidney.
This time, bronzer is not used to tan us, but to create shadows. Dab a small amount of bronzer on a powder brush and apply to your sides, over the light pink blush to create a warm and soft colour tone.
Dab some bronzer on your finger and apply to the sides of your nose. This will give an illusion of a narrow nose like most dolls usually have.
To create soft looking lips, line your lips with a brown lip liner. Blend the lip liner on your lips.
Stroke cherry red lip liner on your lips, then blend the 2 colours together. Dab red or pink lip gloss on your lips, then press them together. Now you have simply dreamy lips in soft colours!

FLASHY COLOR big eyes MAKEUP Tutorial

Big eyes are not enough, you need color, and a lot of it! This is what this tutorial is for★
Haruka Kurebayashi is a famous model of the magazine KERA and well known among the fans of Japanese fashion overseas. Since last year she also participates to the popular Harajuku fashion walk with very colorful and eccentric fashions.
She is the designer of the brand 90884 and presents her latest product at the end of the video!

First you apply the CC Cream
Spread it out evenly
With CC Cream, you could cover up the uneven skin color or roughness of the skin, so it is a useful item
Next, I will use the concealer
I will apply the concealer under the eyes where it is likely to become dark or have shadows, and on the corner of the eyebrows. It does not look good to have marks after you shave your eyebrows so I will apply it just in case
This will also be applied on scratches, freckles and pimples.
On the side of the nostrils
On the bottom corner of your mouth
When you apply it to the rough part of your face, it will make your face look brighter and healthier
Just like this
I will now put foundation powder
This is the finishing touch, so lightly tap it in.
Having applied CC Cream, you do not need to cover it up so much. If you apply too much, it may crack, so just add a thin layer
I will now put in blue contact lenses
The contact lenses for flashy makeup should not be ones with clear edges, but ones which the color gradually blends in and is brightly colored
I will use COLOR to draw eye shadow
When you do flashy makeup, it would be better if you have a variation of colors to choose from, so you should either use a color palette with many colors, or have your favorite colors stacked up in your collection to use
Today the color of my hair is pink, so I will use green
Put some on your fingers…… and apply a big amount
I have already put quite some amount, sticking out a little
I will use pink directly over the green, giving it another layer
Right around the center of the eye, apply pink to the double eyelid
It would make sort of a gradation of color
Use brown eye shadow to give shadow to the bottom corner of the eye
Use the darkest color to give some shadow
The key here is, the shadow here should go along the eye bags in a round shape up until one third the length of the eye
Add color to the eye bags using cream color
The reason why I use cream color is, with white, it is too bright, and when using makeup with many colors, the white will stand out too much, so I need to use cream color with glitter to let it blend in
I will use the eye liner
Use the black liner to circle around
The thickest line is toward the middle, and the corner of the eye should be going upward
Next we will put the fake eyelashes
Move a little to the corner side of the eye and stick it
As you can see, the corner of the eyelashes should be facing a little downward
We will use this type of eyelashes
This flamboyant fake eyelash with quite an amount of bundle of hair I had cut myself .I will put it on around the center of the eye towards the corner of the eye. To give more volume to this area, I should paste it like this
I will now use two mascaras
To give the lower eyelashes more volume, this is the mascara for the bottom line.
It is the mascara for extension
After this I will apply a normal mascara
The base of the mascara is transparent
After you apply this to the whole face,
Let it dry a little
Apply
When the base is done enough, the extension works much better
Just as you see
When you put on the base, it will extend enough that you don’t need to add on the bottom eyelashes
Let us draw the shadow of the eyelash using this eye liner
When you use flashy colors, it will make the colors blur, so using one black color here will make the eyes stand out
Up to around the pupil of the eye, add in short and minute strokes.
Oh, I leaked out. More short strokes
Now, I would like to draw my eyebrows
I will use light pink
Take the pink with a brush and add little by little to the inner corner of the eye
As the nose line is like this, try to paint it going closer to it and draw your eyebrows
The part to draw your eyebrows is, start tracing the top line of the eyebrows, draw straight and let it flow

Hello everybody. This is Arisa Kamada.
I’ll show you today the flashy make-up to make your eyes look larger.
Let’s start
To do flashy make-up, the key is to have enough base makeup. I’ll start with the base.
Have it all over your face.
For the foundation, the liquid type is better since it makes the skin matte.
Take some with your finger, apply it gradually and blend it in.
Use the concealer to erase the spots and acne scars.
It gets dark especially around the eyes, so use the concealer to make it brighter.
Use this sponge to blend in the foundation into the skin.
Next, using this powder, the finishing touch for the skin will be done.
When you do flashy makeup, matte skin works better, so I will apply extra powder.
This is how the base makeup is done.
Using this eyebrow liner, I will especially use this middle color to pull the line.
Trace lightly as if you are drawing the outline of the eyebrows.
I will add some minute part using this pencil.
Add some line especially to the corner of the eyebrows and fill in rest.
Key point for doing flashy makeup is to use very light eyebrows mascara.
To make the eyes stand out, color the eyebrows a little light to make it scarce.
When you apply in the opposite direction of the eyebrows, the color will blend in better.
Finally, straighten the flow of the eyebrows.
The eyebrows is done.
I will add color to the cheek.
This by itself looks heavy, but when you put heavy color, it will give good balance to the flashy makeup.
How to apply is, from around the center of the cheek, go sideways.
Blend it in gently with your fingers.
To highlight the eye makeup, when you apply heavy color a little under the cheek, it will give good balance.
Adding some highlighter. Give a thin long stroke to the nose line.
When making flashy eye makeup, giving some highlighter to the top of the eye will give it a 3D look.
Put some highlighter to the jaw.
Using the eye brow liner you used, give some shadow to the nose.
The key to adding shadow to the nose is draw thin and long.
When you draw a line to the top of the nose, your nose will look higher.
To make the eyes look larger, we’ll give some width to the double eyelids, and here we will use this bandage.
First, you cut this into 2mm width.
I usually want to place this in a higher position than the double eyelid; I will take off the foundation here.
Use the cotton swab you used to place the bandage where you took off the foundation.
Do not push it intoo hard, but just place it over, which will spread the width like this.
Having it too much to the inner side of the eye will make it stand out, so place it from the middle to the corner.
Since it’s a flashy makeup, we will use this eye shadow with many glitter.
First, put this eye shadow a little wider than the double eyelid.
When you apply it so that the bandage will disappear, it won’t stand out.
The bottom eyelid should be drawn with a thinner brush.
Use this darker shadow to give gradation to the eye.
I recommend you use a thin brush here, which makes the balance good.
Thinner than the double eyelid, you apply it the a very narrow area.
For the bottom eyelid, give a darker shadow only to the corner of the eye, and little far away from the corner.
Key is to apply a little away from the eye.
I will use the eye liner.
Let’s start from the middle.
Next is the inner corner, and to the outer corner.
Once this is done, pull up the outer corner a little.
Pull up with a little angle will make it look cute.
Just like this.
Drawing the inner corner longer will make the eye look bigger.
Fill in the inner line.
Pull the line as if you are filling in between the eyelashes.
Before you put on the fake eyelashes, be sure to pull up the eyelashes with the curler.
When you clamp it well from the stem, it will make the eye bigger afterwards.
Using the mascara.
Just blend in a little.
Putting the fake eyelashes. When you want flashy makeup, I will recommend ones with some volume and which the corner is long.
Heavy eyelashes will come off easily, so put additional glue.
It is easy to put after it dries out a little.
The key to make the eyes look bigger is to put the eyelashes directly straight.
