今天在 Stickerrific 有一場水彩工作坊。很特別的是，今天有一位退休了的馬來叔叔參加。謝謝小野先生來當翻譯，還有謝謝好友幫我拍照紀錄上課的畫面。
今天上課的氛圍很輕鬆，大家最後也都順利完成屬於自己味道的鬆餅畫🥞

It is not necessary to have a journal dedicated for daily affirmations, but I find myself feeling safe and secured by doing so. Keep it as a daily practice, write a line or two of affirmations to eliminate fear, anxiety and doubts. It might not be a instant magic, but it certainly helps.
