出發前我一直緊張會被螞蝗吸血，便趕緊擦主辦單位發的草藥，也是當地不丹居民進入森林的防身物品，希望進入原始森林能夠平安無事。

今天所有的賽道全都是山徑，昨晚下雨，也讓賽道變成泥濘困難度增加，從起跑後，就開始連續不停的地獄18km陡上坡，完全沒有喘息的空間，從1756m一直飆升到3472m再下降到2458m。

一開始大家都是集團式前進，我一直緊跟著法國選手，大約8km處，我正想拿出補給品，摸到右大腿有軟軟的東西...

啊！是螞蝗咬住肉正在吸血啊啊啊啊啊啊啊！！！而且還在蠕動變的好大一隻，不知道什麼時候爬到我身上來的，大會醫生說有可能會從樹上掉下來、或是穿越樹叢的時候爬到身體上，我馬上停下來想冷靜卻無法，一直用手指用力彈掉，但它實在咬太緊了，每彈一次螞蝗就想鑽進去肉裡，眼看法國選手把我拉遠，不管那麼多了！直接用手抓起來丟出去，傷口出現一個小洞的傷口，
正想鬆一口氣..結果小腿有黑黑的東西...
我的天，另一隻螞蝗正爬上來！！！
我瘋狂的彈掉後便加速離開這森林，一路上有蜜蜂又有螞蝗的威脅，我跑很心驚膽顫。

抵達第一檢查站，我只停15秒補給水，接下來的山路，陡峭到讓我想起義大利巨人之旅，還有亞馬遜叢林的綜合版，垂直不斷爬升，越來越喘、也越來越痠，一度到有點頭暈，在找路的優勢我第一位衝到終點，但我不能開心的太早，法國選手只慢我2分10秒到，總時間我只贏90秒而已，後面選手也都追上來，壓力非常大，不能出任何差錯，只能告訴自己，沈穩應戰。

明天又是一場硬戰，高度到3598m，
好好休息補給，拼了！

“Race Report Stage 2 - Bhutan

Thank you to the Lama of the Chorten Nyingpo Monastery, who invited the runners to join the evening praying session, for a spiritual recovery.
After a peaceful and sound sleep, the runners are ready for Stage 2 (29km), running through a 19km scenic ascend to the Sinchula Pass to 3,400m, heading to the Thimphu valley.

For the top three males, Tommy Chen from Taiwan claimed the first place today and Guillaume Degoulet from France is only 2 minute behind him. Alan Zagury from France finished 3rd today.

In the overall ranking Tommy Chen overtook the first place, now 1:30mins ahead of Guillaume Degoulet and Alan Zagury took the third.”

) is ..Tsutenkaku (.. belvedere that builts in the center part in the vicinity of the new world in Osaka Prefecture Osaka City Naniwa Ward. Registering material cultural asset in country. It is familiar as one of the symbols of Osaka, and famous as the tourist spot.
Design and structure

* Main body: Iron frame make (a part of iron frame ferroconcrete make)
o ..tower.. height: 100m on the ground
o Width: 24m
o Between legs: 24m.
* Observatory: Iron frame reinforced concrete Concut make (two surrounding
glass -lined stories)
o Height: Even 84m and the second floor floor are 87.5m even in the

Co-curated by Cy Leo and Keith Lam, The Enlightened Classics is a music project originated from a classical repertoire, substantially involving multi-media design and light installations, to project his hope and faith towards the recovery of our city with a cohort of top caliber musicians of his generation.
