【週日喝咖啡】南倫敦的車站外咖啡店：Browns of Brockley
在倫敦，總是到處都有連鎖咖啡店，包括之前很不愛付英國稅金的星巴克，或是義大利人在英國開的Costa及Caffè Nero。但是，身為台灣人，總是偶而會想要裝裝文青，找一個知道的人不太多，但是咖啡好喝氣氛又好的小咖啡店，是吧？
今天要介紹的，就是在南倫敦的獨立咖啡店，地上鐵與火車站出口的 Browns of Brockley 咖啡店。
很多在火車站內、或者車站出口的咖啡店，總是讓人不太放心，想著「這會不會是工讀生煮出來的，敷衍反正沒辦法挑剔的過客」，但 Browns of Brockley 很不一樣。用了很厲害的咖啡機，詳細去調配適合的咖啡粉重量與溫度，提供一杯杯好喝的咖啡。用的咖啡豆是東倫敦頻頻得獎的知名咖啡豆公司 Square Mile 的季節豆 Red Brick，煮出的咖啡不會過於濃烈，還帶著淡淡的黃砂糖香氣，很適合午後的閒適，坐在溫馨的店內，拿本書慢慢啃。如果天氣好的話，還可以坐在門口，看著來來去去的火車與人群。這樣的氣氛，跟倫敦市中心的忙碌，很不一樣呢！

咖啡迷值得一訪的獨立精品咖啡館，吧台上的黑鷹好帥，位置也位於市中心小巷內，咖啡豆除了知名的 Square Mile 外，還有 Five Elephant 可以喝得到，點了肯亞 AA 水洗 （用注水機輔助 ）跟阿薩姆奶茶 ，都好喝，這裡少了觀光客多了待在咖啡館的自在感。附近還有一間 Department of coffee and social affairs 也不錯。
