一直都鐘意食cinnamon bread, 但總覺得會有啲乾爭。今次用咗sourdough discard起麵團，再加40%steam，掂！😁

台中 │ 無菜單共食 & 自家製酸包
大家去店裡用餐，有試過跟廚師和陌生人也同桌吃飯嗎？原來在台南，這種「共食」是很普遍的。這次「娜野蔬院」的娜娜把這共食概念帶到台中的「和豐田食」，幸運地，我剛好又在台中 😜

娜娜和安妮，一個吃素一個吃葷，但又好像有著同樣的目標，這友情，讓我非常羨慕 (真的)！這次的「無菜單共食」，食材選用當造的蔬菜瓜果，看似簡單，但我們每個人都大叫好吃！而且這頓晚餐除了吃，整個聊天過程都讓大家非常愉快，明明都是陌生人，感覺卻像朋友 (我很久沒跟一群朋友聊這麼開心了)，到最後根本不想走啊~

不得不提的是「娜野蔬院」自家製的酸包，真的會被驚豔到，一秒愛上！還有有機椰糖肉桂卷，討厭肉桂的我居然也愛上？！你也想吃吃看？除了在台南，台中的「和豐田食」也能買到喔

對了，「和豐田食」更是一家無包裝的小店，大家去之前記得帶好你的盒子囉 😉

Taichung │ Omakase Meal & Homemade Sourdough Bread
Have you ever tried to eat at the same table with the chef and other strangers? This is actually very common in Tainan. This time, Nana of "What The Flöwers Vegan Kitchen" brought this concept to Taichung’s "bread.food.love". Luckily I was in Taichung again 😜

Nana and Annie, one is vegan and the other is meat-eater, but seems they have the same goal. This friendship makes me very envious (really)! This "Omakase Meal", they used seasonal vegetables, it seems simple, but each of us yells: delicious! Besides, the whole chatting process makes everyone very happy, we were strangers, but feels like friends (I haven't talked to a group of friends that happy for a long time), we all don't want to go home at the end~

I have to mention that the Homemade Sourdough Bread from "What The Flöwers Vegan Kitchen", you will be amazed, fall in love in a second! There are also organic coconut sugar cinnamon rolls, I hate cinnamon, BUT I fell in love? ! Do you want to try too? In addition to Tainan, you can now buy it at Taichung’s "bread.food.love".
