Loly da tinggalkan kami. bila Loly ada, rasa sayang sangat sangat sangat! Layan dia pon da mcm baby.
Loly, kucing yang sangat baik, manja bijak . Setiap kali belai Loly, takkan terlepas ayat tu. ‘Bijaknya anak mama, baiknya anak mama’. Lepas tu mata bulat dia akan tenung ja kita, mcm paham, angguk2. (You are one of a kind sayang.) 😊
Masuk 2 bulan, Loly da pandai jalan lari . Da pandai berak kat pasir. Bila bangun pagi, dia dengar bunyi bukak pintu bilik bukak, terkedek2 dengan kakai pendek dia keluar dari bawah sofa datang dekat kita . Bahagianya rasa ❤️.
Satu hari kene selsema, bawa p klinik. Da on ubat, tapi makin lama Loly mcm susah nak nafas. Main sekejap dengan adik beradik dia pon mengah, terbaring. Tarik nafas dalam and macam seksa sangat. Macam orang sakit jantung. Kadang jalan 2 3 tapak pon , stop, terbaring je. Sedih tengok dia . Loly nak join lari2, main2. Tapi sekejap je. Pastu xlarat da.
Terus Bawa pegi xray, doctor bagitau Loly ada lung infection.. 2 3 klinik vet pegi utk mintak dapatkan rawatan yang terbaik untuk Loly. Cakap dengan husband, i dont care , tak kira la berapa kos pon, kene operate ke apa , asalkan loly sihat .
Loly terpaksa kena asingkan letak dalam box sbb tak nak dia main2 aktif sgt, takut dia sakit dada. Dia tengok je yang lain main kejar2 sana sini. Kadang dia ngiau kuat, mintak nak keluar nak main. Tak sampai hati, mama keluarkan jugak kejap2. Happy sgt Loly ☺️. Ada masa sakit sangat, tak sanggup nak tengok dia, mama duduk dalam bilik, mintak husband yang tengokkan. Kita video call je. 😭
2 minggu mama jaga Loly sakit, celik mata je memang mama cari Loly dulu. dari pagi sampai malam mmg mama jaga Loly je. Ya allah sikit pon xrasa penat,. Tiap2 pagi tak sabar bangun nak main dengan Loly. Kalau boleh xnak Loly rasa sunyi bosan. Kalau ada kerja pon,mintak husband teman and sembang dengan Loly.
Malam semalam Loly da sihat, da tak mengah, nafas pon da normal. Ya allah syukur sumpah happy gila!! Excited tengok dia main2 dengan Lola. Lompat mcm anak kambing. 😂
Tapi pagi raya , tiba Loly cirit birit, keluar lendir, muntah2. Nak p klinik xbukak pulak. Loly baring je, da nampak lemah. So mama suapkan Loly makan, susu. Da tak muntah. Teman Loly dekat pukul 2 baru mama tido.
Pagi tadi pukul 6 bangun, terus cari Loly dulu. Makin lemah. Ada cirit sikit, so bersihkan Loly bagi hensem2 😊, biar dia selesa. Mata Loly tenung je. Ya allah mama sayang loly sangat sangat sangat!
Mama letak Loly atas kerusi, sambil3 mama mop lantai. Saja je menari3 depan dia sbb dia mmg excited bila tengok kita mop. Tapi mata Loly mcm tak gerak2, dalam hati xpelah maybe dia xde mood sbb lemah. Pegi buatkan makanan dia and susu. Duduk je baru nak suapkan dia makan, pegang tangan. Keras. Ya Allah Loly.
Loly da tinggalkan mama. Macam mimpi. Terkilan sbb loly da baik da nafas da ok, satu malam je jadi mcm ni. Takkan ada yang sama mcm Loly.
I love u Loly sayang ❤️😊. Selalu dtg dalam mimpi mama ok?

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

The weather is getting warmer and warmer by the day and it's just too hot to wear the hair down now (No thanks to humid frizzy hair getting stuck on our backs please).
In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to create 6 on-the-go hairstyles that will literally take you about a minute or two. They are not only quick & easy but also very comfortable for the sizzling weather. These hairstyles are very basic to do so they would be great for school/work.
I'm asked so many times to do 'Bun' tutorials so hopefully this will be a helpful video.
