🛫 ใครคุ้ม ใครไม่คุ้ม กับ AirAsia Unlimited Pass
....
Continue Reading🛫 Who is worth it? Who is not worth it with AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
😎 It's a lot of controversial issues. Both on the pro page and other pages. Some people say it's worth it. I have reserved 10 travel. But someone said it's not worthwhile. Reserve normally. Better not risk today. Admin. I will tell you about what the advantages of this pastel are and who answers the problem.
.
#ขอเริ่มที่ข้อดีก่อนเลย
1. AirAsia Unlimited Pass can fly unlimited. Fly all routes in the country. Whether it's flying out of Bangkok or flying into Bangkok, including flying across sectors which are in many routes.
2. Provide travel time is 20 July-17 December 2563 Overall, around 5 months, average 600 Baht per month.
3. Choose to fly Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It's suitable for those who work on a day. We will fly to Saturday and Sunday. If it doesn't match the long holiday that the airline doesn't reserve. When you watch, there will be a weekend (F-A) that Got all 14 weeks
4. Many people wonder if there is a limit on the number of seats. Will it be similar to redemption of miles? From the answer, if it's not a travel day (around 44 days). You can reserve all flights, all routes and all booking prices. Until it's full, such as A320 plane. There are 180 seats. You can use buffet tickets for all 180 seats. As long as the airline is open for that flight, normal people can buy. People with buffet passengers. I can still reserve it.
5. Once the ticket reservation is completed and cannot be traveled on the booking date, the ticket will not be immediately disqualified. The airline will give 3 chances not to travel or leave the ticket. If the 4st time will be cancelled. Immediately, this condition is to prevent other reserved people.
.
#มีข้อดีก็ย่อมมีข้อเสีย
1. Must reserve at least 21 days before travel. For example, if you book today (30 June), you can choose to travel asap July 21th. If you fly quickly, you can't make reservation.
2. There are days that cannot be chosen to travel such as long holiday or cuddle th public day. All 44 days are made for those who will travel during many holidays. There are only 1-3 left to choose from. 16-17 Dec 16-17 July But as I said, there are 14 weekends flying.
3. Limited to 2 flights per day. Which is why I can listen. Those who go in the morning and evening can still reserve normally. But those who want to book Bangkok-Chiang Mai in the morning and continue to fly to Phuket in the afternoon. End with flying back to Bangkok in the evening. I'm out of rights like this.
4. Airport tax to pay more when booking a ticket, not paying 2,999 baht. This airport tax is not the income of every airline. From this section will be passed to the owner of the airport. It's why we need to have to. Pay every time you book.
5. Booking fees are not avoided if you choose to pay via credit card or cut bank account. But if anyone has credit from airline during the cancellation of many flights, it can be paid. There will be no booking fees. #advantages Of people with credit right now
6. There are other extra charges such as seat selection, loading bag. These additional services can avoid by providing random seats and not loading bags which can carry up to 7 kg. We don't have to pay this part
.
😍 Read here and it's enough to evaluate yourself whether this pass is suitable for us. If you are not sure, consider 1 more issues.
😄 If we are going to fly late July and book now to Chiang Mai. Cheapest ticket price. 1,500 baht per trip. 3,000 baht. We should buy the pastel until the end of July. If we can fly again, it's our profit.
😄 If we are going to fly in September - December, the ticket will be in 900-1,200 baht. Go-back under 2,400 baht. I think that there shouldn't be another flight. The end of this year won't be worthwhile. Immediately but if you think that there is a 2th trip happening for sure. I recommend you to buy a pass because the 2th trip is profit from this past. And if there is 3 trip, 4 more profit, no profit. Need to pay for more tickets, airport tax and booking fees.
.
😘 So who this pass is suitable for.
1. people aged 12 years old on travel day
2. people who have more than 1 trip plans this year and can travel on airline day.
3. people with flexible hours. Not up for a long holiday.
4. people who have a lot of days left.
5. people who like to go home to other provinces. Visit relatives and friends.
6. people are tired. I want to go to other provinces during Saturday and Sunday. If it's more difficult, it will be worthwhile because I can travel on Saturday and Sunday for 14 rounds. (but I'm too tired. Admin can't take this.
7. crazy people (travel) can fly to eat in Chiang Mai in the morning. Stop by to eat snacks in Nimman and fly back in the evening.
.
🤭 and this pass wouldn't suit these people
1. people who like to stay home. Don't go anywhere. Don't like
2. people who have to work full time. Good bye. No days off. Working 7 days a week.
3. people who can't plan more than 21 days ahead
4. people who think they will travel only one trip this year.
.
😚 After reading, you think that you are worth it or not. Share the information to exchange because this pass is limited to the first 100,000 people. It's gone. It's gone. It can help many people decide whether you should buy or not.

Question:
hi Jordan.
In ur opinion should i take fat burner to lose that belly? i thk i hv that sixpack underneath, i hv been working out my abs consistently over the past 2 mths..and dieting past 1 mth
probably its my metabolism? coz im 34 ths year
thanks bud.
Answer:
Hi there,
Fat burner can definitely help you to boost fat loss, ONLY if you train hard and monitor your diet.
Six Packs Abs is all about losing the layer of fats above the abs muscles. Crunches and Leg raises won't do much fat burning, but training abs can improve your ability to contract/strengthen the abs/core muscles.
For general overweight individual. Weight train at least 4-5 times a week with free weights, training intensity around 8-12reps max. Do cardio like 3-5 times a week with moderate intensity pace.
The best and fastest way to lose belly fats is to monitor what you put into your body (sorry I have to repeat this over and over), not 1 day or a week.... but continuously for few weeks or months!
I suggest you to start planning a fixed food routine everyday and fully committed to it.
Example:
Meal 1: 5 egg whites with 3 tbsp oats + vitamins.
Meal 2: Skinless chicken rice with a lot of veggies.
Meal 3 (snacks): 1 serving of Whey Protein or a cup of milk to prevent craving.
Meal 4: Home cook grilled chicken, steamed fish/beef, with 1 fist size of carbs (brown rice or white rice).
Weekend: Reward yourself 1 or 2 cheat meals (no big buffet or pizza pls)
Repeat.
Consistency is the key. If you can do this for like 2-3 months (depending on your current body composition), you will see difference for sure!
PS. Diet like IF or IIFYM definitely work, but if you're are not commited to the basics (discipline, commitment, and staying loyal to your plan)... none of any meal plan will work! All the best, JY

PART 04 - Traveling around the… table - marvelous exotic food in Tainan
Everybody knows Tainan is famous for unlimited number of snacks, night markets and traditional, special Tainan foods. But, what if somehow you want to take a break from that and want to try something truly exotic? Do you need to go to the airport and fly to another country? Well, that’s an option. But, don’t worry - there’s no need to look for your passport if you’re already in Tainan. Why? Because there are lots of mouth-watering dishes waiting for you right here in Tainan. Together we can explore a few of them. So are you ready?
Option number one: How about some Indian food?
瑪哈印度餐廳Maharaja Indian Restaurant
From time to time I crave some Indian food, and Maharaja is a good option. They have decorations that transports you to an Indian Palace, they play Bollywood music videos in the background and they have a solid menu - from Indian curries, kebabs, naan (Indian bread you can soak in sauces) and also typical drinks (mango lassi, Indian spiced teas. They also have starters, for example samosas - Indian fried dumplings. The food is really good, I got my favorite dishes including: palak paneer - spinach and cottage cheese sauce, chicken tikka masala, yellow masala lamb curry, chicken kebabs and more. All these delicious dishes were nicely washed with a mango lassi - Indian style of yogurt. Gotta admit - I loved it.
Option number two: Are you craving for some good Japanese food? Great - I have an excellent place just for you.
兩斤家廚房1.2KG Kitchen
Roasted beef steak, Pork fillet, Japanese bbq beef, cheese donburi, Japanese fried chicken (the difference between Taiwanese and Japanese style is that the one from Japan is juicier, Taiwanese style is usually crispier). You can also find hot pots and other dishes at 1.2KG. I love all the dishes - especially the steak.. I am usually a bit sceptical before ordering cheese in restaurants in Taiwan, but the bbq cheese donburi was truly delicious - hands down.
Apart from the tasty dishes, the interior of the restaurant is really stylish and the ambiance is great. You can really feel that the owner put lots of effort into it. You can take lots of great shots if you bring your camera along. The decoration is a bit of a fusion between Japanese and European styles. It feels really good :)
Option number three: Would you like to try the most famous south east asian cuisine here in Tainan? Let’s go Thai then!
泰味食足A Taste of Thailand
The place is well decorated and a cute elephant statue welcomes you from the street. I am always happy to eat some Thai food, and this restaurant made me happy as well.
Usually when I go to Thai restaurants I order my favorite meals: stir-fried spicy minced beef, shrimp pancake and green curry. They also have quite a selection of seafood dishes, steamed fish and steamed shrimps. I started with green papaya salad - it’s a healthy crispy dish full of veggies and unripe papaya. Yummy! Apart from that I tried the rest and I must say all were really good - but the spicy minced beef remains my favorite. If you are in Shanhua this restaurant is definitely a place to visit!
How about some dessert?
光芒果子.小旅行 義式冰淇淋Sunny Mango Gelato
Yujing district of Tainan is mostly famous for its mangoes. But there is way more to discover in that area. Apart from the gorgeous views you can also visit Yujing Old Street. One of the highlights of that place is a real gelato shop.
What is gelato? It’s Italian word that means “frozen” but most commonly it’s known as Italian ice cream. The difference between gelato and ice cream is very subtle - basically gelato is more icy and thick, ice cream is more creamy and soft. There is quite a selection of flavors - from classic ones (fruit, chocolate) to very special flavors (Sun Moon Lake tea, Taiwan beer flavor). Also, I believe the flavors change from time to time, so each time you come you can get some surprises. My favorite gelato was passion fruit, mango and sesame. But let’s be honest - everybody likes a different flavor, so the only way to find out which is your favorite is…. going to Sunny Mango Gelato!
Feel free to ask any questions that you have, feel free to share and tag friends that haven’t been to Tainan before or recently, and need to go there with you and… and…. and make sure you stay tuned because there are more stories coming soon!

[10 REASONS WHY ASIANS DON'T GET FAT]
Now of course, there are Asians who are fat or chubby, so the title is a bit of a generalized statement or stereotype, but as a whole, there's definitely some truth to it. Genetics is an obvious factor so I'm gonna leave that one off the list.
1. Fish & Seafood
Asians eat a lot of seafood. The biggest benefit to eating fish is the omega-3 fatty acids. Fish gives our brain and body the DHA & EPA it needs. EPA in particular has been shown to prevent obesity. 1.5 to 2 grams daily of fish oil can produce weight loss of a couple pounds over a period of a month.
2. Cooking Methods
If you compare Western and Asian eating habits, sure they both consume deep fried foods, but Asian countries vary their cooking methods a lot more.
3. Food Perception
How people see and experience food can be different depending on where you are. In America, for example, food is seen more as entertainment. There is desire, joy and anticipation associated with eating. Not that it isn't in Asian countries, but it's a lot more toned down. Eating has more of a practical feel, in many cases closer to being a chore rather than entertainment.
4. Portion Size
Asians eat smaller portions. Food is often served in small serving bowls and small plates and this helps regulate how much is consumed in one sitting. Now if we take a look at America? SUPERSIZE!
5. Leafy Greens
Asian portion size in general might be smaller, but their vegetable portion size is consistently larger. In many Asian countries, people don't even need to be reminded to eat their veg. It's just ingrained.
6. Drink Habits
It is a common belief that drinking water, especially cold water, with your meal is a habit that one should avoid, as it dilutes your digestive enzymes and makes it harder for your stomach to digest food. Americans often drink cold water or sodas with their meals, not so much for Asian people however. Rather they drink hot teas before or after a meal. I should note that many experts say this is greatly exaggerated and that it's generally ok to drink water with your meals.
7. Population Density
Many Asian countries & cities are densely populated. There are lots of people living in small apartments and almost everything you need is just round the corner. Leading one to possibly conclude that many Asian people must exert less energy in their daily lives. In actuality, Asian people in this circumstance may end up walking more. With everything being in close proximity, they are more inclined to just walk to their destination, whereas in many Western countries, distances are often too great.
8. Fermented Foods
Asians consume more fermented foods such as miso, natto, tempeh, kimchi, kombucha, etc, and this is not just good for your gut health, but helps reduce the overall inflammation in the body. And inflammation is a contributing factor to weight gain and obesity.
9. Snacks & Desserts
This one's quite simple. Asian snacks, healthy, Western snacks, not so much. Asian snacks and desserts may be rice cakes, red beans, seaweed snacks, nuts, seeds, and lots of fruit. For Western snacks and desserts, you have cookies, chips, ice cream, sugary cakes.
10. Prevention vs Treatment
Asians practice prevention, while others practice treatment. With the Western approach, you have your antibiotics, antacids, NSAIDs, quick, temporary, remedies that might actually hurt you in the long run. The Asian approach attempts to get to the root of the problem using nutrition, healthy habits, prevention practices. It's a societal mindset. Health is not simply the absence of sickness.

Hi everyone, this is Aoki Misako (Japanese name order; the surname is Aoki).
Today, I'm paying a visit to the storeroom of Baby, The Stars Shine Bright (top lolita fashion boutique chain in Japan, shortened to Baby).
Here, I'll introduce 5 major styles in lolita fashion.
The first is "Traditional Lolita".
This style consists of cute, girlish dresses made from plain, natural-toned fabrics and lace.
Traditional Lolita is the old-school style worn by (actress) Fukada Kyoko in the movie Kamikaze Girls. It places a lot of emphasis on basic colors, lace and ribbons to achieve that sweet, feminine look.
Even though patterned fabrics are all the rage these days, vintage dresses like these with natural cloth and lots of lace are timeless and have never gone out of style.
The chest area of this dress is shirred, making it exceptionally comfortable and easy to wear. Check out these 2 ribbons. The blouse can easily be matched with anything.
These items are sold in a set by Baby, making it easy even for beginners to coordinate, such as with this matching Alice band.
Now i'll introduce hair accessories for the Traditional Lolita style.
First is this headdress i'm wearing; it's a classic piece that is iconic of Lolita fashion.
Next are these ribbon hair ties, which can be used to create an array of hairstyles, such as twin ponytails.
And here is perhaps the easiest item to accessorize with, the ribbon Alice band. Like magic, the simple addition of one can turn any look from plain to adorable.
At times when you want to tone down your Traditional Lolita outfit, or during cold weather, i recommend these fluffy beret hats.
The style I'm wearing now is called "Sweet Lolita".
The hallmark of this style is pink color from head to toe, together with patterns featuring chocolates, candy, animals and other such sweet and cuddly motifs.
This Sweet Lolita dress's design features Baby's original character Kuma Kumya, along with cookies and chocolates. It is a very popular style at the moment.
When you put it on, it looks so sweet that you could almost smell the aroma of chocolate coming from it!
This piece has a "Kumya and Friends" design with a Halloween theme. Lately, having seasonal themed designs such as for Christmas and Halloween has become very popular in the Lolita fashion world.
The design of this piece is called "Alice's Dollhouse". It is filled with images of Alice having a tea party with her animal friends like Rabbit and Cat.
Sweet Lolita is all about pink - for example this blouse made of pink fabric coordinated with this jumper decorated with pink patterns. On top of this pink-on-pink theme, it uses images of sweet things like candy and pastries, and feminine things like cosmetics, to really maximise the sense of feminine identity.
This piece I'm wearing retells the story of Hansel and Gretel with lots of sweets, it's really cute, and one of the bestsellers as well.
For the Sweet Lolita, carrying an animal-shaped bag like this one further enhances the cuteness of the look.
This one is Kuma Kumya, and this one is Rabbit Kumya. It has a 'kiss lock' type metal clasp.
Many Sweet Lolitas coordinate their outfits with accessories like these. For an even bolder statement, you could also go for a backpack. It's just big enough to contain snacks and sweets.
As for hair accessories for the Sweet Lolita, besides the ubiquitous ribbon Alice band, mini hats like this are in fashion now.
This one is designed to look like a piece of strawberry chocolate, and other than wearing it on your own head, you could also let Kuma Kumya wear it!
