#法客電台 EP28
斜槓 SLASH，這個詞從 2018 年開始延燒，到了 2020 仍然沒有退潮，各個領域的人才紛紛在自己的專業之外找尋跨界（Crossover）的可能與契機。
法律人當然也沒有自外於這股風潮，除了先前曾經介紹過的詹傑翔律師外（延伸收聽：當斜槓律師站上擂台，體育及法律要如何擦出火花？），法客電台這次也邀請到 Lawsnote 七法創辦人郭榮彥律師（Barry），與大家分享創辦 Lawsnote 的歷程。
一般的聽眾可能會對 Lawsnote 感到陌生，但在法律人的圈子中，Lawsnote 卻是改變了法律界長久以來的資料檢索生態，並且迅速成長的搜尋服務。
都已經 2020年 了，搜尋引擎早已深入每個人的生活，Google 甚至已經成為一個動詞，然而在 2015 年 Lawsnote 推出前，法律人簡直就像活在石器時代。
台大農化系出身的 Barry，因為在專利事務所工作接觸了法律，進而成為了一名律師，然而當了幾年律師之後，因為不堪原有效率低落的法學檢索服務，因此與幾位朋友商討後，決定自己跳下來做屬於法律人的 Google。
Barry 在節目中聊到，一個資料要有價值，前提是他必須能夠被人找到，一個資料庫的完成度是建立在資料有被收錄以及資料能被找到，因此 Lawsnote 致力於改善法學資料的搜索邏輯。
除了建立資料的優先順序外，也能根據關鍵字的出現次數來判讀資料的關聯性，為的就是能讓法律從業者減少過濾篩選資料的時間，讓法律工作者能夠更有效率。
節目中貴智也聊到自己現在經營法白其實也是一種斜槓，最一開始的動機其實只是想要把自己會的東西寫出來給人看。
沒想到在Blog發表了幾篇文章之後發現根本沒人看得到，讓他很快就意識到如果文章沒有人看，就無法充分展現這篇文章的價值，於是創辦了臉書的粉絲專頁，也才有了後來的法律白話文運動。
