I like to do this circuit training twice weekly to really push myself, maximize fat burn and get stronger. 💪🏼

There are 3 stations - Strength, Cardio & Core. Each station is 5 minutes long. Complete each exercise for 1 minute before moving on to the next workout. Rest for 1 minute between stations. Repeat 2 rounds!

5) Back Row
CARDIO
1) Sprint (11-13kph)
2) Recover (8-10kph)

Slam ball Workout. I dont always do this but this was a great destresser if you ever feel overwhelmed with anything.. and dancing. Remember to dance 💃 Great way to activate some core, range of motion and speed (though i was going like a turtle here).
