It's simply a chocolate cake made with pancake mix topped with chocolate bars. That's all there is, and it's really easy! The cake is topped with chocolate while it's still warm, so the chocolate melts over it just right. Now, if the cake is too hot, the chocolate may become too runny, or the cake may bloom too much once it's cooled. The speed of the work: because it took a bit of time for us to top the cake with chocolate (because we had to shoot at the same time), the chocolate looks just right. We'd say it was timed well, although it's quite hard to tell. Try to let the cake cool off just a bit before topping it with chocolate!
*Recipe* (for one 14x11cm square-shaped piece that's 2.8cm thick)
１．Cut the chocolate bar. Use a heated knife for a clean cut. You can dip the knife in boiling water, too (make sure to wipe the knife dry, though). Be careful not to burn yourself! Make sure to protect your hands by wearing gloves, etc.
２．Beat 50 grams of unsalted butter (left in room temperature) in a mixer.
３．Add 40 grams of granulated sugar and mix it.
４．Add 1 beaten egg to the mixture over several times, and mix every time you add it.
５．Sift 50 grams of hot cake mix and 20 grams of cocoa powder into the bowl.
６．Use a rubber spatula to mix it well.
７．Pour it into a mold. Since the dough will rise in the middle while it's baked, it's a good idea to recess the middle.
８．Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes.
９．Use a bamboo skewer to check if it's fully baked. If you see nothing stuck to the skewer after pulling it out, it's done.
１０．Take the cake out and flip it (so the bottom faces the top) while it's still warm.
１１．Arrange the chocolate pieces from step 1. You can also add pre-made chocolate shapes (like hearts or Anpanman) sold in supermarkets to make it even more adorable.
１２．Once the cake cools off, put it in the fridge to harden the chocolate.
１３．Cut it into pieces to mass-produce Valentine's day presents! It's guaranteed to taste great, too!
ホットケーキミックスを使って作る簡単チョコケーキにチョコレートバーをのせただけ。ただそれだけのチョコケーキ作ってみました。ケーキが焼きあがってまだ温かいうちにチョコレートをのせるのでチョコがいい具合に溶けてくっついてくれます。ケーキが熱すぎるとチョコが溶け過ぎたり、冷えた時にブルームが浮いたりしてしまうので、そこがポイント。作業のノロイ 妄想グルメが、撮影をしながらチョコを並べてちょうどいい感じ。そんなタイム感で。わかりづらいですが。そんな感じでお願いします。
*レシピ*（14✕11センチ角型 1個分 ちなみに厚さ 2.8センチ）
１．板チョコを切る。温めた包丁を使うとわりかしキレイに切れる。熱湯で温めてもよい（その際は水分を拭き取ってから使う）。軍手をするなどして、やけどに気をつけて！
２．室温に戻しておいた、無塩バター 50gを泡立て器で混ぜる。
３．グラニュー糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。
４．溶き卵 1個を数回に分けて入れ、その都度 混ぜる。
５．ホットケーキミックス 50gとココアパウダー 20gをふるい入れる。
６．ゴムベラでさっくりと混ぜる。
７．型に入れる。焼き上がり中央がふくらむので、真ん中を凹ませるとよい。
８．170度に予熱したオーブンで20分程焼く。
９．焼き上がりを竹串をさして確認する。何もついてこなければ大丈夫。
１０．温かいうちに底が上になるよう、そっとケーキを取り出す。
１１．１のチョコレートを並べていく。ハートの形やアンパンマンチョコなど、お好みの市販品を並べてもかわいいと思います。
１２．粗熱が取れたら、冷蔵庫で冷やしチョコレートをかためる。
１３．切り分けてバレンタインのプレゼント 大量生産に！間違いのない味です。それにしても また、生地が分離しちゃったよ。反省。

We received some home-grown lemons from an acquaintance so I made a lemon pie. This recipe has been in our family's menu for a few years. We made an meringue mane and drew a face in lemon custard cream, and it became a lion. This time for the pie base we simply used a frozen pie sheet. If you don't have an appliance for baking pie bases please bake it in a pie dish. We think commercial products are okay for this. Instead of a pie, a tart would be delicious too.
*Recipe* (Six 8.5 inch tart molds, or one 18 cm tart mold.)
1. Prepare the pie base. If you're using a Vitantonio bake 10 cm circles of the frozen pie base for 3 minutes.
Make the lemon custard cream.
2. Add 40g of granulated sugar and 7g of corn starch (1 tablespoon) to a heat-resistant container and mix.
3. Add 180ml of milk to 2. and mix.
4. Add one egg (the other eggs will be used in step 11) and mix.
5. Heat in a 500w microwave for two and a half minutes.
6. Remove from the microwave and mix.
7. Heat in the microwave for a further two minutes.
8. Mix.
9. Add 30g of lemon juice to 8.
10. Pour 9 into 1 while the mixture is still warm. Let it cool.
Beat the meringue.
11. Add 40g of egg whites (the egg white of one L size egg) and 1/3 a teaspoon of lemon juice to a bowl.
12. Beat with a beater a little.
13. Gradually add 35 gm of granulated sugar to 12 in two or three turns and beat well.
14. Add 13 to a pastry bag.
15. Squeeze 14 on to 10.
16. Bake on the top rack of a preheated oven at 200 degrees for up to 5 minutes keeping an eye on it, until the meringue begins to brown.
17. Once 16 has cooled draw a fact with a chocolate pen, etc.
18. Eat without caring about our oldest sons' low rating of it.
If you have any egg whites left over from 15 you can bake it for 60 minutes at 100 degrees to make shiny baked meringues. Please enjoy them as well!
知り合いから自家製のレモンをいただいたのでレモンパイ作りました。このレシピ、数年前から我が家にあるもの。メレンゲをたてがみに、レモンカスタードクリームに顔を描いて、その当時からライオンでした。今回、パイ台は簡単に冷凍パイシートを使いました。パイ台を焼く機械（ビタントニオ）がない場合は、パイ皿で焼いてください。市販品でもいいと思います。パイの代わりにタルトでもおいしいですよ。
*レシピ*（8.5センチのタルト型 6個分、または18センチのタルト型 1個分）
１．パイ台の準備をする。ビタントニオの場合は、冷凍パイシートを10センチの丸型で抜いたものを3分半焼く。
レモンカスタードクリームを作ります。
２．耐熱容器にグラニュー糖40gとコーンスターチ 7g（大さじ 1）を加え、混ぜる。
３．２に牛乳 180mlを加え混ぜる。
４．３に卵黄 1個（残りの卵白は１１で使います）を加え混ぜる。
５．500wの電子レンジに2分半かける。
６．一旦取り出し、かき混ぜる。
７．さらに、電子レンジで２分加熱する。
８．かき混ぜる。
９．８にレモン汁 30gを加え混ぜる。
１０．９が温かいうちに１に流し入れる。冷ましておく。
メレンゲを泡立てます。
１１．ボウルに卵白 40g（Lサイズの卵 1個分の卵白）を入れ、レモン汁 小さじ 1/3も入れる。
１２．泡立て器で少し泡立てる。
１３．１２にグラニュー糖 35gを2〜3回に分けて加え、よく泡立てる。
１４．１３を絞り袋に入れる。
１５．１４を１０に絞る。
１６．２００度に予熱したオーブンの上段で、メレンゲに薄い焦げ目がつくまで様子を見ながら５分ほど焼く。
１７．１６が冷めたら、チョコペンなどで顔を描く。
１８．長男の低評価なんて気にしないで食べる。
１５の卵白が残ったらオーブンシートに絞り、100度で60分焼くとツヤツヤの焼きメレンゲができます。そちらもお楽しみください。
