Would you believe that I am still pretty much the same weight from 2 months ago? This is why you shouldn’t trust your scales too much when you’re on a fitness journey. I honestly feel strongest and healthiest I have ever been and I’m bursting with energy. I read that caring for your body shouldn’t be a punishment, it should be a gift. I went to bed one night deciding I WILL make a change for myself. On days I didn’t feel as motivated? It didn’t matter because I made a choice and I will commit to it. I have always appreciated and cherished my body for what it has done so I have so much love for it but I knew I also deserved better. I was tired of being tired. While the past year was fantastic, I was ready for a new season in my life. Some of you have noticed I’m extra chirpy these days and I do agree that the exercising helps a lot as it has so many health, mental and beauty benefits. It pumps happy endorphins and helps blood rush to the face for glowy complexion. So if you’re ready to join me, come move with me, guys. You have nothing to lose.
