Sau 6 ngày ra mắt MV Tự Tâm thì tới hôm nay mới thực sự có thời gian để viết lời cảm ơn tới tất cả mọi người. Ngay lúc này, đầu óc vẫn chưa hoàn hồn lắm về sự thay đổi của 1 tuần vừa quá, mọi thứ đến quá nhanh nhưng rất hạnh phúc và biết ơn mọi người.

Tự Tâm là sản phẩm đánh dấu sự trở lại của Nguyễn Trần Trung Quân sau thành công của 2 bản hit "Trong trí nhớ của Anh" và "Màu Nước Mắt". Sản phẩm đã được sự đón nhận không chỉ khán giả Việt Nam, mà còn các bạn fans quốc tế nữa, đó là sự cổ vũ tinh thần lớn nhất cho Quân và toàn thể ekip sản xuất.

After 6 days of launching MV Tu Tam, finally I have time to write my thanks to everybody. Right now, I cannot manage to get my wits because the change on this week. Everything's come so fast, and I feel so happy and grateful.

Tu Tam is Nguyen Tran Trung Quan’s comback after 2 hits “Trong trí nhớ của anh” (In my memory) and “Màu nước mắt” (Tears' colour). This MV is welcomed by not only Vietnamese fans but also international fans. It really lifted our spirits for Quan and production team.

“Emperor” want to send thanks from the heart to the production team.

Thanks young musician – Nguyen Thuong, the person who compose the song “Tu Tam” for me. We cooperated from “Màu nước mắt” and we can do it one more in “Tự Tâm.” I certainly we will have more chance to cooperate in the next productions.

一，「一國一制，又有乜好驚？十幾億人都係咁生活啦！你有冇返大陸睇下近年嘅經濟發展？」 #Nancies 一定咁講；甚至乎再加多句：「都話咗你吔鬥唔過共產黨㗎啦！激嬲共產黨，佢吔一定唔放過你。」

二，「係囉。唔好咁多事啦。我都唔明，你哋有乜咁不滿？吵吵鬧鬧，香港又點會有發展？」我估大家都聽過類似嘅說話。

三，香港人，大把人想做順民；可以嘅話，我都想。其實，我係一個好怕事嘅人，相信大家都係。

四，根本問題係，共產黨唔信香港人，點解香港人要信共產黨？共產黨唔信香港人，香港就要硬食各種嚴刑峻法；香港人唔信共產黨，所以要制度上有所保障，有乜唔掂？

五，「國家，就好似我哋嘅父母；父母就算有乜不是，你都唔會⋯⋯」Nancies 呢個講法，對唔住，真係接受唔到，真嬲。當然，佢哋嘅邏輯係：「父母，你冇得揀，國家都係。」之前都有寫過，Nancies 嘅忠孝，其實係不容置疑嘅服從。某程度上，呢種唔容許「個體」存在嘅意識形態，就係 Nancies 同我嘅最大分歧。

七，唔自愛，又點識得愛人？愛又係乜？愛係一種好強烈嘅 empathy ；憂戚與共，係好大嘅承擔。愛自己都唔係人人識，愛人更難，愛國，係歷史英雄級數，愛全世界人，好似得耶穌同佛祖先有咁嘅境界。所以話，個啲開口埋口愛國愛黨嘅，一係偽君子，一係好膚淺。

八，膚淺？係，膚淺。因為佢吔搞錯咗，依附（attachment）同愛嘅感覺。BB 仔唔會識得愛，只會有不安、恐懼。所以尋求安全感，要依附。

九，又有一種心理狀態，就係希望被依附。依附同希望被依附，呢對關係，可以話係變態。所謂嘅愛國者同國家，就係建立響咁嘅關係之上。

十，關鍵在於，我哋有冇為「個體」定下界線，set a boundary。再講一次，個體嘅存在，唔代表離群，唔代表絕對獨處。

十一，就算父母仔女，假如只係因為「冇得揀」，所以要永遠維持依賴同被依賴嘅關係，咁樣，係唔會有真正嘅愛。只有當個體之間有明確嘅 boundary，咁先至可以互相尊重。

十二，「所以美國要尊重中國嘅主權囉，要認清條界線囉。」我估，會有 Nancies 咁講。正如 **八** 所講：「膚淺？係，膚淺。」我講緊嘅係群體唔會蠶食吞噬個體嘅自主，Nancies 就將整個「中國人」當做一個個體，「美國人」係另一個個體。大家唔同層次，好難溝通。

今天是台灣的國慶日，同樣也有來自台灣巧克力界的好消息與大家分享。

昨日在屏東縣政府的協辦與支持下，世界巧克力大賽（International Chocolate Awards, 以下簡稱 ICA）亞太區決賽結果於屏東縣立圖書總館發表。#台灣品牌以驚人的氣勢奪下103面_超過半數的獎牌，在 198 個獎項中，拿下共 22 金、32 銀、35 銅與 14 個特別獎。

由於比賽重點為「bean-to-bar」巧克力（從可可豆至巧克力皆在當地生產），而屏東正是台灣可可樹種植面積最大的區域，頒獎典禮在此舉行最為名實相符。屏東巧克力業者們也不負眾望，奪下 7 金、11 銀、9 銅與 8 項特別獎，其中 福灣巧克力 Fu Wan Chocolate 表現最為耀眼，囊括此地區中所有的金獎與特別獎，共7 金、9 銀、4 銅與 8 項特別獎，其中包含黑巧克力類別的最大獎「Best in Competition」（競賽最佳獎）。

今年的亞太區比賽中，最受到矚目的就是「茶」這個元素。台灣是世界知名的茶產地，而台灣的巧克力業者將對茶的了解完美地發揮在巧克力製作中，以技術和品味驚艷了 ICA 的評審。福灣巧克力便以台灣紅玉茶 62% 黑巧克力、台灣紅烏龍 62% 黑巧克力、台灣鐵觀音 62% 黑巧克力、紅烏龍 56% 牛奶巧克力、碳焙烏龍 56% 牛奶巧克力、玫瑰荔枝東方美人 56% 牛奶巧克力、鐵觀音 56% 牛奶巧克力等奪得多項獎項。而以「喫的台灣茶」、「喫的台灣咖非」系列知名的 COFE，今年也大有斬獲，結合水果與茶的「紅烏龍鳳梨」獲得風味白巧克力類金獎與特別獎、「包種茶芒果」獲得銅獎，「碳焙烏龍茶」、「東方美人」也獲得銀獎。COFE 的茶巧克力製成，並非為常見的「將茶粉或茶葉加入巧克力中」，而是「以茶直接取代可可固形物」，再加上可可脂成型。這個概念與技術也在今年獲得特殊肯定，「冷壓可可脂」獲得可可脂、成長中國家、直接交易等三項金獎。

The award ceremony of International Chocolate Awards Asia-Pacific Bean-to-Bar and Chocolatier Competition took place yesterday (9th October, 2020) in Pingtung, Taiwan. Winning 103 awards, including 22 golds, 32 silvers, 35 bronzes and 14 special awards, which over half of the total 198 ones, Taiwan’s definitely got a glorious victory and starts to occupy an important position in world chocolate scene.

Supported by and collaborated with the Pingtung county government, the competition involved 883 entries of 148 chocolatiers from 14 countries. As specified, this competition features bean-to-bar chocolates and Pingtung, where most of the cocoa plantations are in Taiwan, naturally enjoys an advantage. Chocolatiers from this region have won 7 golds, 11 silvers, 9 bronzes, as well as 8 special awards. Fu Wan Chocolate, the biggest local chocolatier has got 7 golds, 9 silvers, 4 bronzes and 8 special awards.

Tea chocolates is the highlight this year. As Taiwan is renowned for its tea, its chocolatiers have apparently utilised their knowledge, skills and taste about it. Their capability to bring them into full play has definitely impressed the jury. Red Jade Tea 62% dark chocolate, Red Oolong tea 62% dark chocolate, Tie-Guang-Ying 62% dark chocolate, etc., contribute to Fu Wan's triumph. COFE, a brand specialised in tea and coffee chocolates is another example. Instead of adding tea and coffee into chocolate, they replace cocoa solids with tea or coffee, which adds an irresistible and incomparable depth to the products. Their latest series that combines a variety of teas and fruits leads to a great success. The “Red Oolong & Pineapple” white chocolate has won itself 1 gold and 1 special awards.

【Materials】
· Resin clay pastel purple
· Stick, spatula for clay
· Cutting board
· Atomizer
· Parchment paper
· Permanent marker
· Scotch tape
· Glue for decoration
· Very small fake pearl
· Pearl
· Bijou

【Steps】
1. Roll out the clay thinly with stick, put the atomizer on it and cut off the extra clay in L-shape with a spatula.
2. Wrap the clay around the atomizer and adjust the shape so that the cut end of the clay is not noticeable.
3. Lightly wrap the parchment paper around the clay-wrapped atomizer and cut extra by adjusting the diameter and length. Fold and spread the sheet so that the side of the sheet is divided into four equal parts and the length is divided into three equal parts. Draw a rhombus latticework using folds.
4. Wrap the sheet with the pattern on atomizer and fix with cellophane tape. Lightly press spatula along the pattern of the sheet, and remove the sheet.

【作り方】
1. 粘土をのし棒で薄く広げて伸ばし、アトマイザーを乗せてL時にへらで切り落とす
2. アトマイザーに粘土を巻いて包み、粘土の切れ目を目立たないように形を整える
3. 粘土を巻いたアトマイザーにクッキングシートを軽く巻き、直径や長さに合わせて切り取る。シートの横を４等分、縦を３等分になるように折って広げ、
折り跡を利用してひし形の格子模様を描く。
4. 模様を描いたシートをアトマイザーに巻いてセロハンテープで固定する。シートの模様に沿ってへらを軽く押しつけてシートを外す
5. 粘土の上についた跡をはっきりとした模様になるようにする。線が交わるところは十字の模様も押入れる
6. 模様の隙間から蓋とボトルの境目に沿って切り込みを入れて蓋が開くようにする
7. 格子の線が交わるところにデコ用ボンドを塗り、極小パールをはめ込む
8. 蓋の上部にも同様にビジューやパールで飾る
9. 粘土やデコプリンセスが完全に乾いたら完成!
