คำว่า “บูลลี่” คือ พฤติกรรมกลั่นแกล้งรังแกผู้อื่น โดยเฉพาะคนที่อ่อนแอกว่าและมักเกิดขึ้นในโรงเรียนเกือบทั่วโลก ไม่ใช่แค่เฉพาะในประเทศไทย

เด็กที่ชอบกลั่นแกล้งเพื่อน มักมุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กย้ายเข้ามาใหม่ หรือเด็กที่มีข้อบกพร่องอื่นๆ เช่น หน้าตารูปลักษณ์ไม่ดี ผลการเรียนไม่ดี รวมไปถึงฐานะครอบครัว จนเด็กเกิดคำถามว่า แกล้งฉันทำไม? ฉันไปทำอะไรให้เธอ? และยิ่งหากไม่มีผู้ใหญ่เข้าใจ ยื่นมือมาปกป้อง เด็กกลุ่มนี้ก็จะถูกรักแกอยู่แบบนี้
