今天詠嫻跟Makayla要從舊金山飛回台北了，沒選擇，一定要坐美國聯合航空United Airlines。希望回程不會像去程有3小時坐在跑道上delay在取消班機。他們前幾天還打電話到公司問我們為什麼生氣，那天班機發生什麼事？妳們自己delay在取消都不知道嗎，還想問當天發生的狀況。現在我知道為什麼美國的航空公司都賺不到錢，還有品牌形象這麼差。如果我們有選擇，我這輩子不會再選美國聯合航空了，她們票比較便宜我們都不飛。我們一定會選擇亞洲的航空公司。
對不起，本來要寫的po文是開心因為詠嫻跟妹妹要回來了。我沒想到我寫了第一局話就想到上個禮拜詠嫻坐美國聯合航空公司的事。我跟Ryder都很期待她們回家。我們要回到天天洗頭洗澡正常時間睡覺的生活！
Jackie & Makayla are coming back from SF today and they have no choice but to fly #unitedairlines on the return trip. Just thinking about their experience last week makes me mad and sad. I just hope everything goes smoothly and they don't encounter something similar to their outbound flight when they sat on the tarmac for over 3 hours delayed & and then have the flight cancelled which made her miss one of her best friend's wedding. Makayla was so sad cuz she was suppose to be the flower girl. United Airlines actually called my company last week when they saw my post but they didn't even bother to go find out why their flight was 1st delayed then cancelled. They had to ask us what happened and why. Why are you asking us? Why not ask your own staff? I now know why this airline has been in and out of financial trouble, they just don't provide any sort of satisfactory flying experience. If we had any choice I would never pick this airline even if it were cheaper. The Asian airlines would be my choice as they all offer better overall service.
Sorry I got carried away writing this post. Originally I was going to write that I was so excited that Jackie and Makayla was coming home. Once I wrote the first sentence it just got rolling. Can't wait for Jackie and Makayla to come home. Boys week is finally over,we going back to daily showers and shampoos now!
