Singapore and Australia have agreed to a dose sharing arrangement of COVID-19 vaccines. We will send them 500,000 doses of our existing Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine stock, and they will return the same amount to us in December. The doses will have more potential use for us as booster shots then.

Our two countries enjoy a warm and long-standing friendship, and this is another example of our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Glad to support their efforts to get Australians vaccinated as soon as possible. Countries must be united in the battle to quell the pandemic, so that we can all move into the new normal. Ada yg bertanya kenapa perlu bayar rm7500. Kan lebih baik sedekah jer. Ini jawapan saya sendiri, pandangan saya yg tak seberapa:-
1) biarlah kita bayar sendiri jika ingin berjihad. Walhal kalau bercuti ke luar negara lebih dpd 7500 kita peruntuk & belanjakan. Jgn diminta NGO yg bayar. Nauzubillah.

2) bantuan utk Palestin bukan sekadar dgn wang ringgit. Tekanan politik antarabangsa adalah salah satu caranya. Biar Israel tahu penuh satu kapal terbang kami datang. Kami adalah suara rakyat Malaysia. The more the louder. Any political science student/graduate can explain further. Please. Silakan perjelaskan dgn terminologi anda. Cth mesir, tunisia, libya. Same concept. Cuma di dlm.konteks ini, ianya kebangkitan suara dunia.

3) terlalu ramai yg pohon hendak pergi. Termasuk pakar spt doktor dll. They have the money. I know some of the participants even donated further, more & beyond rm7500. Allahuakbar.

4) rm7500 termasuk penerbangan, pengangkutan darat, makan& minum & penginapan hotel. Ya kami tidur hotel! Jgn ada yg gatal nak cakap lebih baik tidur dlm khemah. Inilah waktunya hotel hotel di ghaza beroperasi. Sewaktu lawatan bulan April lepas, hanya kami sahaja menghuni. Selepas kami pulang hotel itu kembali ditutup, tidak berpenghuni, sepi berdebu. Tersenyum Israel bila Palestin tiada cara membangunkan ekonomi. Kenapa negara spt Perancis, England, Australia bahkan Malaysia dll (termasuklah negeri melaka) sibuk berbelanja sakan utk mempromosikan negara masing masing? This is a no brainer. Takpelah saya jawab juga. Sebab, pelancongan adalah kaedah menjana ekonomi negara. Ghaza terletak di tepi pantai. Cukup indah. Buka tingkap hotel kami boleh melihat ombak ombak kecil yg menghempas pantai. Orangnya lembut dan baik lebih lebih lagi terhadap org Malaysia. Mereka bukan sahaja sayang malah cintakan kita. Antara bantuan yg tercepat tiba selalunya dari Malaysia. Juadahnya sedap & enak. Bagaikan masakan ibu. Bayangkan majoriti rakyat di sana menghafal al quran. Sungguh berkat masakan air tangan mereka. Jadi yg ke sana, belanjalah sebanyak mungkin. Jgn mintak kurangkan harga. Bayar jer. Gunakan dobi mereka, cuci, seterika. Tutup jer mata. Beli & bawa balik bakhlava/hallawiat mereka. The best in the world. Im NOT kidding. Terbaek. Lets get their economy going & moving. InsyaAllah kita jadi sebuah bata kecil yg menyumbang memesatkan ekonomi negara Palestin.

5) nothing beats the 'human touch'. Saya tak sabar nak bersalaman, berpelukan dgn saudara (saudari) di Palestin. Saya nak katakan sendiri yg orang Malaysia tidak akan biarkan mereka melawan musuh gergasi berseorangan. Walaupun kami kecil (org malaysia kan comel sizenyer cthnya Heliza helmi yg super cute & super bersemangat) tapi InsyaAllah kami bagaikan burung ababil.
