有好一陣子沒有聽到關於 SPC-1 效能測試數據的消息了，剛剛小編特別上 Storage Performance Council 的網站去看，網址都跟之前不同了呢。
曾經有一段時間，依據 SPC-1 的實測數字，企業用戶可以很清楚的瞭解每一家廠商的產品落在哪個層級，是採購時很好的參考資料。
但曾幾何時，廠商們沒有被制約的系統組態與快閃的䠇起，讓 SPC-1 的效能測試數據機乎完全失去參考價值。畢竟，動輒數百萬個 IOPS，並不是一般人日常會需要的。看最近的測試數據，好像都是中國的廠商比較熱衷於送測。
所以，數字不能只看表面，經過專家的解譯，才能看出數字背後的意義！
