Chinese borscht with ox tail, a Russian classic adopted by the south-east coast Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients:
750g Ox tail
3 medium size potato
3 carrot
2 celery stalk
1/4 cabbage
1 beef tomato
1 onion
1 can of chopped tomato (400g)
2 clove of garlic
3 bay leaves
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Chinese rice cooking wine
4 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
原料：牛尾750g，中型土豆3个，胡萝卜3个，西芹杆2根，卷心菜1/4颗，洋葱一个，罐头番茄一罐（400g），大番茄一个，蒜头2瓣，月桂叶3片，面粉2大勺，黄油2大勺，料酒2大勺，盐适量，现磨黑胡椒适量
