こんにちは、マーケティング部の伊藤です。今日は「浅漬けの素」で応用メニューに挑戦してみました！
作ったのは「紙包み塩焼きそば」。包み紙を開けた瞬間に広がるいい香りがたまりません♪「浅漬けの素」の程よい塩加減が麺に絡んで、アサリとの相性も抜群でした＾＾

＜材料例 1人分＞
中華麺(蒸し) 1玉(150g)
あさり(殻つき) 100g
ミニトマト 5個
白髪ねぎ 30g
エバラ 浅漬けの素レギュラー 大さじ3～4
＜作り方＞
【1】あさりは砂抜きをし、ミニトマトは半分に切ります。
【2】お皿にクッキングシートを広げ、中華麺、あさり、トマトと白髪ねぎをのせ、「浅漬けの素」をまわしかけます。
【3】【2】をクッキングシートで包みます。
【4】電子レンジ〈600W〉で約4分加熱し、あさりの口が開いていたら、できあがりです。
