Hari ini saya telah berjumpa para guru yang belum divaksinasi di Bangunan Sultan Ibrahim, Bukit Timbalan bersama dengan YB Dato’ Haji Azmi bin Rohani, Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor, YB Dato’ Dr. Aman bin Rabu, Pengarah Kesihatan Negeri Johor, YB Dato’ Haji Mohd Noh bin Ibrahim, Timbalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor (Pengurusan), Sohibus Samahah YB Dato’ Haji Yahya bin Haji Ahmad, Mufti Johor (secara maya) dan Sohibus Samahah YB Dato’ Haji Ahmad Faisal bin Mohamed, Timbalan Mufti Johor.
Saya telah mendengar ulasan dari para guru mengenai isu-isu yang mereka hadapi. Daripada 779 orang guru yang asalnya menolak vaksin, didapati hanya 396 yang tidak mengambil vaksin atas sebab keraguan terhadap vaksin. Yang bakinya telah mengambil pendirian untuk ditangguhkan buat masa ini, kerana mempunyai alahan, mengandung, ataupun keadaan kesihatan yang tidak mengizinkan. Sebilangan guru kini telah bersetuju mendaftar untuk mengambil vaksin.
Dalam perjumpaan ini juga, saya telah berkongsi info mengenai program vaksinasi di negeri Johor dan situasi terkini pandemik Covid-19 di negeri Johor.
Saya berharap guru-guru ini sedar tanggungjawab mereka untuk sentiasa mengetengahkan pembangunan modal insan dengan menjadi teladan yang baik dan berharap mereka akan mengambil vaksin sebelum sekolah dibuka semula demi memastikan kesihatan dan kesejahteraan rakyat.

Today, I met with teachers who have yet to be been vaccinated at Bangunan Sultan Ibrahim, Bukit Timbalan together with Johor State Secretary YB Dato' Haji Azmi Bin Rohani, Johor Health Director YB Dato' Dr. Aman bin Rabu, Johor Deputy State Secretary (Management) YB Dato' Haji Mohd Noh bin Ibrahim, Johor Mufti Sohibus Samahah YB Dato' Haji Yahya bin Ahmad (virtually) and Johor Deputy Mufti Sohibus Samahah YB Dato' Haji Ahmad Faisal bin Mohamed.
I heard the teachers' explanations on issues faced by them. Of the 779 teachers who initially rejected the vaccine, only 396 rejected it due to doubts about the vaccine. The remainder decided to postpone it for now due to allergies, pregnancies or health conditions. There were some teachers who have now agreed to register to take the vaccine.
During the meeting, I also shared information regarding the vaccination programme in Johor and the latest Covid-19 pandemic situation in Johor.
I hope the teachers realise their responsibilities in always prioritising the development of model citizens by setting good examples and hope they would take the vaccine before schools reopen to ensure the rakyat's health and well-being.

今回のレシピは、大胆に丸く抜いたスイカに
練乳ムースをのせ、青汁の色を生かしたグラサージュをかけて仕上げました。
全て自己流 Moso-Styleです。
実は完成までに 2回、失敗してしまいました(汗)
In Japan, one of the most popular ways to beat the heat is by eating watermelon. For the Moso family, summer makes us want to make watermelon sweets!
This recipe is made from a literal watermelon cake that is covered with a condensed milk moose and glaze colored green with aojiru. This recipe is our original - Moso-Style! It tastes incredible and is healthy too!
*RECIPE*
▶ Watermelon Cake (Makes one 15cm cake)
1. Cut out watermelon using circular shape
2.Cut it in thickness of 3.5 cm.
▶ White Mousse:
3. Whip 50g (50 cc) fresh cream 80%.
4.Put 100g (100 cc) milk, 25g condensed milk and 10g granulated sugar into a pan.
Heat it until melted.
5. Turn off heat just before boiling.
Add 2.5g powdered gelatin and melt.
6.Cool the whole pan by ice water.
Put in vanilla essence.
Cool it while mixing and thicken it.
7.Add 6 in 3 and mix it.
8.Reinsert the circle mold into 2.
Put it in thinly.
Cool and hardens in a refrigerator.
9.Steep 5g powdered gelatin into 15g (tablespoon 1) water.
▶ Black Glaze:
10.Mix 10g black cocoa , 28g (tablespoon 2) granulated sugar , 20g (20 cc) water, and
20g (20 cc) fresh cream.
Make it boil with a microwave oven.
11.Take the quantity of 1/5(4g)from 9.
Put it in 10, mix and melt.
12.Put 11 into a forcing bag or a thick plastic bag and cool it.
▶ Green Glaze
13.Dissolve 40g Aojiru powder in water 100g (100 cc).
14. Add 100g granulated sugar and 100g (100 cc) fresh cream into a pan.
Hang it on the fire.
15. After boiling and melting,stop the fire.
Put the steeped gelatin (the remainder of 11) in and melt.
16. Filter with a net.
17. Thicken while ice water cools.
18. Taken out 8 from the refrigerator.
Remove the cake from the mold wrapped around a wet warm towel.
19. Pour 17(green glaçage) on 18.
Even if thickness is strong and it is loose, it does not go well.
20. Pour 12 on 19 Like the black lines of the watermelon.
If it cools too much, a lump is made and it cannot draw well.

1.スイカをお好みの大きさに丸く抜く。

2.3.5センチの厚さに切る。

4.鍋に牛乳100g(100cc)、練乳25g、グラニュー糖10gを入れ

6.鍋ごと氷水にあてる。
バニラエッセンスも入れ、混ぜながら冷やし、
とろみを付ける。
7.3に6を加え混ぜる。
8.2にセルクルをはめ直し、7を薄く入れ、
冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
9.粉ゼラチン5gを水15g(大さじ1)に入れ、ふやかしておく。
黒いグラサージュを作ります。
10.ブラックココア10g、グラニュー糖28g(大さじ2)、
水20g(20cc)、生クリーム20g(20cc)を混ぜ、
電子レンジで沸騰するまでかける。
11.9から1/5(4g)の分量を取り、10に入れ混ぜ溶かす。
12.絞り袋や厚手のビニール袋に11を入れ粗熱をとっておく。
緑のグラサージュを作ります。
13.青汁の粉40gを水100g(100cc)で溶かしておく。
14.鍋に13とグラニュー糖(100g)、生クリーム100g(100cc)を
入れ、火にかける。
15.煮溶かしながら沸騰させ火を止め、
11の残りのふやかしたゼラチンを入れ溶かす。
16.網で濾す。
17.氷水で冷やしながらとろみをつける。
18.8を冷蔵庫から取り出し、電子レンジなどで
温めた濡れタオルなどを巻いてケーキを
セルクルから取り出す。
19.17の緑のグラサージュを18にかける。
とろみが緩いとキレイにかかりません。
とろみが強すぎても同じです。
20.12を19にスイカの黒い線の様にかける。
冷やしすぎると塊ができて上手く描けません。
21.冷蔵庫に入れ冷やしてからいただく。

We made a sushi cake that resembles everyone's favorite Pokémon, Pikachu! It's been a while since we've made character-themed food, and we had a lot of fun doing it!
*Recipe* (Makes one 18 cm round cake)
1. Cook the red rice. Wash 225 g of rice, and fill your rice cooker with water up to the appropriate line. Add red food coloring (we used 8 drops). Cook the rice on sushi rice mode. (cf.TabiEats https://youtu.be/E8mh9et0rcc )
2. Scramble the eggs. Add 20 g of sugar and a bit of salt to 4 eggs, and mix. Pour a bit of cooking oil into a small hot frying pan. Add half your egg mixture and mix with chopsticks until it is scrambled. Turn off the heat halfway, continue cooking, and add the heat again while paying attention and mixing to make a fine scramble. Scramble the remainder of your egg mixture in the same way (We cooked with 5 eggs in the video and it was too much.)
3. Spread plastic wrap in your 18 cm cake pan.
4. Spread the scrambled eggs from 2 into 3.
5. Once the rice from 1 has cooked, mix in some rice vinegar. This time, we used about a tablespoon, or 22 g.
6. Cook the white rice. Wash 225 g of rice, and fill your rice cooker with water up to the appropriate line. Cook the rice on sushi rice mode.
7. Cut a 3 cm thick tuna slice into 8 mm slices. Line the cake pan from 4 with these slices.
8. Add 5 to 7.
9. Cut a cucumber into thin slices with a mandoline and line 8 with them.
10. Spread minced crab into 9. Sandwich in anything else that you would like to add.
11. Once the rice from 6 has cooked, mix in some rice vinegar. Let it cool.
12. Add 11 to 10. Seal the top securely with plastic wrap.
13. Prepare the character decoration with nori, fish-cake logs, and crab sticks. By the way, Pikachu's eyes measure 4 cm in diameter; the whites, 1.5 cm. The cheeks are 4.5x5.5 cm ovals. We made the mouth roughly 6.5 cm. The nose is about 0.7 cm.
The poké ball on the side consists of a 3.5 cm big circle (nori), a 2.4 cm midsize circle (fish-cake log), and a 1.6 cm small circle (fish-cake log). The black line is roughly 1 cm.
We made the ears by mixing a bit of salt with two eggs, frying the mixture like an omelette, and wrapping this with nori.
14. Flip 12 upside down and remove the cake pan.
15. Decorate the cake with what you prepared at 13.
16. You are bound to have delicious fun, even if when you cut the cake you regret not pressing the sushi a little more to make the cake more stiff, or if you wish you made the red coloring a little stronger.

*レシピ*(18センチの丸型 1個分)
1.赤のご飯を炊く。1.5合(225g)のお米をとぎ、炊飯釜の指定線まで水を入れる。赤の食用色素で着色する。(私たちは8滴入れました。)すし飯モードで炊飯する。(参照 TabiEats https://youtu.be/E8mh9et0rcc )
2.炒り卵を作る。卵 4個に砂糖 20gと塩 少々を入れ、かき混ぜる。熱した小さめのフライパンにサラダ油を少々入れる。卵液の半量を入れ、箸でかき混ぜながら炒り卵を作る。途中、火を消して炒り、また着けて炒りと様子を見ながら混ぜていくと細かい炒り卵ができる。卵液の残りも同様に炒り卵にする。(動画内では卵 5個で調理しています。余りました(汗))
3.18センチのセルクルにラップを敷く。
4.3に2の炒り卵を敷き詰める。
5.1のご飯が炊けたら、酢飯にする。今回は、すしこ 大さじ 1.5杯(22g)を使いました。
6.白いご飯を炊く。1.5合(225g)のお米をとぎ、炊飯釜の指定線まで水を入れる。すし飯モードで炊飯する。
7.厚さ 3センチのマグロの柵を8ミリほどに切る。4のセルクル壁にぐるっと貼り付ける。
8.7に5を入れる。
9.スライサーなどで薄切りにしたきゅうりを8に並べる。
10.9にカニのほぐし身を敷き詰める。お好みのものをサンドしてください。
11.6のご飯が炊けたら、酢飯にする。冷ます。
12.11を10に入れる。上からラップをぴっちりとする。
13.海苔や板かまぼこ、カニカマなどを使って、デコの準備をする。ちなみにピカチュウの目は直径4センチ、中の白目は1.5センチ。頬は4.5✕5.5センチの楕円形、口は6.5センチ弱で作りました。鼻は0.7センチほどです。
側面のモンスターボールは、大丸(海苔)3.5センチ、中丸(板かまぼこ)2.4センチ、小丸(板かまぼこ)1.6センチで作りました。横の黒ラインは1センチ弱です。
耳は卵 2個に塩 少々を入れ溶き、オムレツのように焼いたものにのりを巻いて作っています。
14.12を上下返し、セルクルを外す。
15.13で準備したパーツでデコする。
16.かっこ良く切り分けて食べるなら、もうちょっと押し寿司みたいに かために押して作ればよかったねぇ〜とか、もうちょっと勇気を出して赤の着色を強めにすればよかったかも〜とか言いながらも、楽しんで食べる。ポケモン好きの5SOSメンバー、マイケル・クリフォードに捧げるピカチュウの寿司ケーキ!果たして捧げられるほどのできなのか?ってPokemonGO祝ってじゃないのか?!

We made jelly using a whole can of canned fruit! It's a simple recipe, using the syrup in the can to make jelly. However, the hardest part about jelly made with gelatin is temperature. Start eating quickly after taking it out of the refrigerator! We tried making three types, and the most stable one was pineapple. It doesn't easily fall apart, and it's easy to cut. If you make it carefully, it would become a beautiful dessert that's sure to impress.
*Recipe* (using one big can of canned fruit)
1. Open the can.
2. Put the contents in a bowl.
3. Crush the edge of the can with a pair of pliers so that it will be easy to take out the jelly.
4. Put only the fruit back into the can. As for round fruits like cherries, try to place them so that they're flat. For thin slices like oranges, place them with fruit of other sizes to make them stable.
5. Take 3 tbsp. of syrup from the bowl and put it in a heat-resistant bowl.
6. Add 5 g of gelatin into the bowl in number 5.
7. Heat the bowl for about 40 seconds with a 600W microwave to melt the gelatin. (Don't let it boil.)
8. Add what you get from number 7 into the remainder of the syrup. Mix as you add it.
9. Strain what you get from number 8 into the can with the fruit. To make the gelatin liquid go between the fruits, press the fruit or gently shake the can.
10. Put it in the refrigerator to let it cool and harden. (About two hours)
11. Warm up the can a little, and take out the jelly.
12. If you succeed, you feel awesome. If you don't, just forget about it. You can still enjoy eating the jelly!
缶詰めを丸ごとゼリーにしてみました。缶詰めのシロップ液でゼリーを作る単純なレシピです。が、ゼラチンゼリーの敵は気温。冷蔵庫から出し、しばらく眺めたら早めに食べてくださいね。3種類作りましたが、一番安定感があるのはパイナップル。崩れにくく、切り分けやすい。作りやすいです。丁寧に作ればキレイでインパクトのあるデザートになります。
*レシピ*(大きめの缶詰め1個分)
1.缶詰めを開ける。
2.中身をボウルなどに入れる。
3.缶のフチをペンチなどで潰し、ゼリーが取り出しやすいようにしておく。
4.3に果物だけを戻す。チェリーなどのゴロゴロ素材は、できるだけ平らになるように、オレンジなどの薄いスライス素材は、大きさの違う果物を順に組み合わせて、安定感がよくなるように入れていく。
5.4の残りのシロップ液から耐熱容器に大さじ 3ほど取り分ける。
6.5に粉ゼラチン 5gを振り入れる。
7.600wの電子レンジに40秒ほどかけ、粉ゼラチンを溶かす。(沸騰させない)
8.7を5の残りに混ぜながら加える。
9.8を4に漉しながら入れる。果物の間にゼラチン液が行き渡るように抑えたり、揺すったりするといいです。
10.冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。(2時間ほど)
11.缶の周りを少し温め、ゼリーを取り出す。
12.上手くいったら達成感。失敗したら開き直り。どちらにしても楽しく食べる。
