ประโยชน์ผักชีฝรั่ง / ผักชีใบเลื่อย
เพิ่มสมรรถนะร่างกาย ลดเบาหวาน ไขมันในเลือด ลดความดันสูง
ปรับสมดุลร่างกาย ป้องกันโรคต่างๆได้ดีเยี่ยม
วิธีทำ/วัตถุดิบ
1.ผักชีฝรั่ง/ผักชีใบเลื่อย 1-2 ต้น
2.น้ำเปล่า 500 มล.
ล้างผักชีให้สะอาด ขั้นตอนนี้ควรใส่ใจให้มาก
ต้มในไฟอ่อน เคี่ยว ใช้เวลาประมาณ 5 นาที
ปิดไฟเตา กรองใช้เฉพาะส่วนน้ำ
วิธีทาน
1.ป้องกัน เบาหวาน ความดัน ไขมันในเลือด ป้องกันโรค ต้านโรค เพิ่มธาตุเหล็กในร่างกาย
ดื่มก่อนอาหาร 10 นาที เช้า - เย็น เป็นประจำทุกวัน
2.เพิ่มสมรรถนะร่างกาย
ดื่ีมก่อนนอน ทุกวัน เป็นประจำ

我以為我打掃時看起來很時尚 vs 其實原來長這樣
How I *think* I look when I'm cleaning up vs how I actually look on most occasions.
我很希望我每天睡飽飽的看起來很有精神,認真的維持運動習慣,有時間煮健康好吃的東西給我家人吃,在短時間內把自己弄的很辣?很漂亮?很帥氣? 工作完, 回到一個很乾淨又整理好的家,包括有一個已經會自己吃飯、洗澡也會自己在馬桶上廁所的寶寶。在我的理想生活裡,我的寶寶也會幫我洗衣服也會幫我處理稅務…
Of course, I wish I always looked refreshed after a full night's sleep, was disciplined enough to exercise on a regular basis, had time to cook healthy foods for my family and myself, was able to go to work (looking fabulous with minimal effort!) and then come home to a clean and organized house and a baby who magically knows how to eat, bathe and use the toilet himself. In my ideal, my baby could also help with laundry and do my taxes...
但, 我們都非常清楚。。。事實上,我有起床氣,路上隨便吃,需要最少2個小時的專業化妝師跟髮型師們幫我準備好可以工作的樣子,我不斷的在清理跟整理家裡,然後,我想不起來上次真真的睡的很飽、很滿足是什麼時候。連Egan睡過夜的時候, 我都會做夢,夢到大便滿出來的尿布。偶爾也會夢到布萊德彼特,他永遠是我的第一名所以他隨時可以出現在我的夢裡面幫Egan換尿布。隨時。
But we all know... the reality is that I wake up groggy, I eat on the go, I need a minimum of two hours of professional make up when I work, I am cleaning and organizing CONSTANTLY, and I can't remember the last time I had a full night's rest. Even when Egan sleeps through the night, I'll still wake up dreaming about poopy diapers (and occasionally Brad Pitt. Brad Pitt will always be sexy, so he can change Egan's poopy diaper in my dream anytime he wants.)
當然,我還是會希望Egan可以自己大便,但其他。。 我接受我的現實生活。我們儘量把整理跟清掃變成遊戲,我們接受/發現/發覺以後我們應該是會想念Egan想跟我們撒嬌,讓我們沒有辦法好好的睡覺,然後找工作跟家人之間的平衡是生活中很棒的過程。所以其實, 認真想,我的現實生活就是我的理想生活。 :)
And while I will still always wish for Egan to be able to poop by himself into a toilet, I have come to accept my reality. We try and make cleaning and organizing into a game, we realize that we will probably miss these sleepless nights once Egan is all grown up and doesn't want to snuggle with us anymore, and finding the balance between work and family is part of the fun of life! So, really, my reality is kind of my ideal :)

p/s Inner thigh gap is based on genetics and your bone structure - how wide your hip bones are apart. Not everyone can have inner thigh gap but we can tone our inner thighs up. Remember that we are all equally beautiful with or without inner thigh gap!
