Continue ReadingYesterday, I couldn't deny that the movie was so cute, especially Lily James, the actress is so cute. Damn. Haha.
(The movie is on Thursday 29 August 2562)
.
Danny Boyle is Danny Boyle with his vision of presenting a strange movie for us. Yesterday may be like a movie for only The Beatles lovers, but we can't deny that when we listen to The Beatles, we can. Universal level of knowledge. Why it's so beautiful. How many years have passed. It doesn't feel outdated. For yesterday's movie, this is a lovely respect for The Beatles. Especially actress Lily James we refused. I didn't think that she was the seasoning of the movie. She made the movie the most vibrant. After watching it, the more I think about it, the more I want to go back to it
.
Yesterday, let's tell the story. The lead actor Jack Malik (Himesh Patel) is a salesperson in a wholesale shop. Our home macro mood. But he has a dream. He wants to be a singer. He always finds time to sing in a small pub. There is Ely (Lily James), a girl who is a teacher who teaches numbers to cheer up every where he goes. Even his songs are only a few viewers. That's just Ali and his friends. One day. There is a worldwide blackout incident. He was in an accident. A bike was hit by a bus. He woke up with the finding out that the world doesn't know The Beatles by singing The Beatles. Everyone admires and doesn't know before. Of course, the The Beatles song that they sing. In the eyes of Ed Sheeran, he asked him to sing the concert. The result is a blast. Finally, he has to choose his reputation or life...
.
It's very strange that I feel that yesterday is always a bright movie. With the editing view of the movie and sound of the movie. It's amazing like watching a simple movie. But the productions are very good. The sound system in this movie is very important. The song of The Beatles in this is as a spell to the audience. (I confess that I have to open the song The Beatles). Listen in the car immediately. The movie is walking through the actress. The main actor and the actress. The movie is hidden for us to think. So much.
.
The first story is an artist who doesn't write their own song. It's in the song that we sing. Even though we don't write it ourselves, when asked for inspiration to write a song, they won't be able to answer it sincerely. Or in a song that is really full In his own ability, it can't make him happy. The lead actor is the same. The reputation of the money that follows is big, but it's useful for the name of the voice that doesn't come with the ability of itself.
.
How good is it? If you don't have a right place to be in a group of people who don't have interest. They do n'
.
I'm confused that the movie chose Himesh Patel to be a hero. It's not like he is Indian and not handsome. Even the character in the movie is not charming. But when he shows up in the movie, I feel indifferent and not attractive. I shouldn't be able to support anything. Empty feeling is that the caption is not attractive. But the audience must feel the charm that he has a charm. It's difficult to explain but I feel that the lead actor is too torn but I sing well. (I should sing it myself)
.
Lily James in Ali, this is what makes the movie look so bright and cute. She is acting as a teacher in a small town. She is not beautiful. She is aura. She is still out of the screen. What a beautiful, bright, cute, so surprise that she was surprised. Love this hero? But love is difficult to explain.
.
The other person who comes to steal the scene and accidentally actress is Ed Sheeran (acting as her own). She comes very cute, funny, and funny. She is very funny.
.
Very good recording work. This movie is very beautiful. I don't know how to film it. Very good.
.
Seriously, the movie is walking around. There is no peak, no great spot. The tears are falling apart. But we watch and think, think, think, think, addict, eat and enjoy the music. I really don't know. At first, I watch the end, this is the end. I'm indifferent. But when I drove home, I thought about the movie, I couldn't smile. Many times I want to go back to see another actress face. What a cute one. Sigh. I think I have to do it again. Let's take it for 8.5/10 movies Yesterday is another movie that I don't want to miss.Translated

Today marks my 15th birthday. One year older! And somehow, for the first time in all my 15 years, I find myself at a loss for words. I look at the past events, all the things I’ve done, I’ve experienced, and I’ve achieved these last few years, combined with all the blessings I’ve received along the way and for whatever reason, I am honestly speechless. I sat down to write this thinking that it would be a simple birthday post, then the whole feeling hit me.
Trying to push the whole ‘speechlessness’ thing aside hasn’t really worked, so I thought it would only be best to dig a bit more into it. And doing so has led me to realise that maybe, just maybe, this time around, after having reflected on my previous years, I’m meant to be speechless. It’s my cue to take my metaphorical slate, wipe it clean, and do something different by branching out - may The Almighty open up more doors for me!
Admittedly, challenging myself to try new things and trudging forward is not an easy job; in fact, it does seem rather daunting to myself at times, which is why I couldn’t consider myself luckier to have been accompanied all this while by my parents - Mrs Mom & Mr Dad - my two closest companions. To be quite frank, ‘lucky’ doesn’t even begin to encapsulate the blessing that Mrs Mom & Mr Dad are. With any path I have taken, they have always given their utmost support, and I know very well that with any path I choose to take from now, they will not only give their invaluable support, but expert, one-of-a-kind guidance.
Such an incomparable, unique and personal support system has given me the self-strength that I needed to challenge myself more. In past years, I’ve prayed to God for health, happiness, safety, and other abstract concepts along the same lines. For this year, I think that the only thing I’d really like (aside from that eternally-treasured spot in Jannah for me and my loved ones) is opportunity. After my pondering, and my realisation of the opportunities I’ve had and how they’ve panned out, I pray for more chances at using opportunity. Let’s see where my 15th slate takes me this year.
Happy Birthday To Me,
O. Mukhtar O. Mukhlis

Allen Iverson's eighth career 40-point game had a nice little unexpected bonus -- a victory for the Philadelphia 76ers.
Iverson scored 41 points, upstaging Shaquille O'Neal and Kobe Bryant, as the 76ers defeated the Los Angeles Lakers, 105-90, for their fourth win in five games.
In two-plus seasons, Iverson had seven previous games with 40 or more points and the 76ers lost them all. On February 12, the NBA scoring leader had a league season-high 46 points in a 98-94 loss to the San Antonio Spurs.
"When I score 40 points, we've lost," Iverson said. "Tonight, we won, and I guess I finally got the monkey off my back. I didn't know what I had until I came out of the game at the end and looked up at the scoreboard. I saw what I had and said, `I hope it doesn't come back to haunt me.'"
Working primarily against Philadelphia native Bryant, Iverson shot 17-of-36 from the field. He scored between nine and 12 points in every period and added a season-high 10 assists and five rebounds.
"I wanted to get off to a good start," Iverson said. "Some earlier shots were going off the rim, then all of a sudden, my shots began to drop. My teammates began to get the ball to me, they did a good job as always of getting me the ball in the right spot, and I was able to make the big shots at the end."
"The little kid was phenomenal," Sixers coach Larry Brown said. "I had to take him out at the beginning just to calm him down because he was really wired. Yeah, he took a lot of shots, but for the most part, his selection was good."
With 55 seconds left, he exited to a thunderous ovation and a chant of "Beat LA" from the First Union Center crowd that recalled the rivalry between these teams from a generation ago.
O'Neal and Bryant scored 23 points each for the Lakers, who fell to 1-3 on their six-game road trip. Los Angeles has lost its last three meetings with Philadelphia, with Iverson averaging 34.3 points. The 76ers had not beaten the Lakers three straight times since the 1981-82 and 1982-83 seasons, when the teams met in consecutive NBA Finals.
"This team has come a long way," Brown said. "I hope we can keep a level head, where they can expect to play well against the good teams, as well as playing well against teams with records worse than theirs."
Lakers forward Dennis Rodman missed his fourth straight game due to an excused absence for personal reasons. With the mercurial Rodman in the lineup, Los Angeles is 9-0. Without him, it is just 8-9.
"We'll welcome him with open arms when he comes back," Lakers coach Kurt Rambis said. "But I have no idea when he's coming back."
"He's obviously a factor," O'Neal said. "He has personal problems, whatever that means, nobody really knows. I don't think about it. I know the organization will do what they have to do."
O'Neal was saddled by foul trouble, eventually fouling out with just four rebounds midway through the final period. He also missed 5-of-12 free throws and committed five turnovers.
Iverson thoroughly outplayed O'Neal and Bryant in the third quarter, when the Sixers took control. After a 3-pointer by Glen Rice -- his first basket of the game -- gave the Lakers a 56-54 lead, Iverson made a jumper and 3-pointer and set up two baskets during a 12-2 burst that gave Philadelphia a 66-58 lead with 5:50 remaining.
Iverson buried a 22-footer to trigger a 6-0 spurt. Tyrone Hill and Aaron Mckie made free throws before Iverson fed Theo Ratliff for a dunk and a 74-62 bulge with 2:02 left in the period.
"For the most part, we did what we wanted to do," Lakers coach Kurt Rambis said. "We forced him (Iverson) to take a lot of outside shots. Unfortunately for us, he made a lot of them."
"Coach Brown noticed that we didn't defend the pick-and-roll very well, so he let Allen run the pick-and-roll and they did a very good job of setting screens and getting him open," Bryant said.
O'Neal and Bryant combined for no baskets in the third quarter as the Lakers shot just 17 percent (3-of-18). Iverson scored 11 in the period, which ended with Philadelphia holding a 76-67 lead.
Iverson had a jumper and 3-pointer early in the fourth quarter before a 3-pointer by Rice and a dunk by Robert Horry pulled Los Angeles within 83-77 with 9:44 to go. Iverson made a pair of free throws and a technical foul shot on O'Neal. Matt Geiger hit a jumper and two free throws off O'Neal's fifth foul as the Sixers rebuilt the lead to 90-77 with 6:33 left.

Tim Duncan scored 15 of his 32 points in the decisive third
quarter and Will Perdue added a career-high 21 as the San
Antonio Spurs continued their recent mastery over the reeling
Philadelphia 76ers with a 110-85 victory.
Duncan also grabbed eight rebounds and Vinny Del Negro
contributed 14 points and 12 assists for San Antonio, which has
won eight of its last 11 games. The Spurs are 14-2 against the
76ers over the last eight seasons.
"That was quite an anomaly, probably never to be seen again,"
Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "We had one of those nights.
Vinny got 12 assists, no turnovers, seven rebounds ... he was
playing the point which is not his position. Tim Duncan was
super, David (Robinson) does what he does out there, which is
anchor the defense and Will had a career night. We had all
these things happen at once and it was a good time for it to
happen. We just caught fire."
In two games against Philadelphia this season, Duncan has racked
up 59 points and 25 boards.
Duncan scored seven points to key a 15-2 run at the start of the
third quarter, turing a 52-45 lead into a 67-47 advantage with
8:03 left.
Duncan hit a layup, Perdue sank two free throws and Jaren
Jackson nailed a three-pointer to give the Spurs a 59-45 lead
with 9:57 left in the third. After Theo Ratliff made two foul
shots, Duncan scored the next five points and Jackson hit
another three-pointer, making it 67-47. The Spurs took a
commanding 87-59 lead into the final quarter.
"We started flowing, we all got on the same page, the ball
started moving, people got open shots and everything went our
way," Duncan said.
Duncan also commented on San Antonio's play with himself,
Robinson and Perdue on the floor at the same time.
"The first couple of games it was a problem, people were kind of
bumping into each other, now we're more comfortable with it. I'm
comfortable at the three spot, David still has problems
remembering he's a four, but once he remembers, he's one of the
best. Will is Will, he hangs around the rim and finishes the
job."
San Antonio outscored Philadelphia, 35-14, in the third quarter
thanks to some red-hot shooting. The Spurs shot a blistering
12-for-13 (92 percent) from the field, while holding the Sixers
to just 5-for-22 (23 percent).
Allen Iverson scored 15 of his 24 points in the first quarter
and Derrick Coleman added 18 points for Philadelphia, which
suffered its fifth straight loss. The 76ers fell 20 games under
.500 for the first time this season (25-45).
"They were great, we were poor," Philadelphia coach Larry Brown
said. "I'm really embarrassed by it, obviously it was a lack of
coaching not to be totally prepared. We focused on Duncan and
David because they are two of the best in the league. They just
beat us in all areas. I don't have any explanation for what
happened, it's disappointing."
The Sixers scored 10 unanswered points, capped by Anthony
Parker's three-pointer, to pull within 89-69 with 9:55 to play.
Monty Williams hit one of two free throws to trigger an 11-4 run
in the second quarter. Jackson drilled a three-pointer, David
Robinson made a foul shot, Del Negro hit a jumper and Robinson
converted a layup to put the Spurs ahead, 51-41 with 2:29 to go
in the first half. San Antonio settled for a 52-45 lead at the
break.
Jackson hit 4-for-5 from three-point range en route to 16 points
and Robinson added 10 and eight rebounds for the Spurs, who shot
55 percent (39-for-71) from the field and had a 26-15 advantage
from the foul line.
Tim Thomas had 13 points on 5-for-17 shooting from the field and
Parker finished with nine points for Philadelphia, which shot 42
percent (33-for-78) from the field.

The Atlantic Division is heading down to the wire. It's also heading down to the bottom.
Allen Iverson scored 38 points for Philadelphia, which beat Boston 97-93 on Sunday to snap a three-game losing streak and move three games behind the Celtics in the NBA's worst division. At one game below .500, Philadelphia could finish with the Eastern Conference's third seed or miss the playoffs altogether.
"The playoffs have started for a lot of teams and we haven't joined in the fray," said Boston coach Doc Rivers, hoarse after a game in which his team fell behind 26 points in the first quarter. "We really don't get it. I'm telling you, we don't."
Philadelphia moved a game ahead of Orlando for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Samuel Dalembert had 18 points and 15 rebounds for the Sixers, who played their third consecutive game with Chris Webber out because of a sprained left shoulder.
Iverson started and played 44 minutes, getting nine assists and six steals, despite a strained groin that put him out of the fourth quarter in Friday night's game against Dallas.
"Early in the game, we buckled down," he said. "I'm glad we did, because it shows we can play defense with the best of them."
Paul Pierce had 26 points and 13 rebounds and Raef LaFrentz had 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Celtics, who were without Antoine Walker (bruised left knee). Rivers said Walker will probably miss Tuesday's game at Washington and perhaps the rest of the week.
"But, listen," Rivers said. "They didn't have Webber, so no excuse for us. Antoine had nothing to do with this one."
Boston won 10 of 11 after acquiring Walker at the trading deadline, and Sunday's game was moved to the afternoon and put on national television after the surge threw the teams into a fight for the division title. But the Sixers have fallen to the verge of the lottery, and Boston lost three in a row before beating the Atlanta Hawks -- the NBA's worst team -- on Friday.
"It's a big game: national TV," said Ricky Davis, who scored 27 off the bench for Boston. "It's very embarrassing."
The Celtics would earn the third seed with a division title. But Boston is just ½-game ahead of Indiana for home-court advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
The Celtics trailed 38-12 with 15 seconds left in the first quarter, and it was still a double-digit deficit late in the fourth when Davis hit a 3-pointer with 6:39 left to make it 83-75. Pierce and Al Jefferson each hit a pair of free throws to complete a 7-0 run that made it a four-point game.
Boston made it 93-90 in the final minutes when Pierce scored on a finger-roll layin from underneath the basket and drew a foul. But he missed the free throw, then Iverson scored off a screen at the top of the key to give the Sixers a five-point lead with 22.7 seconds left.
The Celtics made just 5-of-20 shots and committed seven turnovers in the first quarter. Philadelphia made 5-of-12 from 3-point range in the first but just 1-of-9 in the second, when the Celtics scored eight straight to close the gap and then cut it to 10 on Pierce's 3-pointer in the final second of the half.
Game notes
Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell took part in the national anthem, making good on a Super Bowl bet he made with his Massachusetts counterpart, Mitt Romney. Both governors wore Patriots jerseys; Rendell's wife, Midge, a trained opera singer, helped him finish the song. ... Kyle Korver went 1-for-6 from 3-point range to set the 76ers record for 3-pointers in a season with 198. The old mark was held by Dana Barros, who made 197 in 1994-95.
