2016四大極地 第三站 – 智利阿他加馬高原沙漠 250KM
【Atacama Crossing 250KM – D1】
智利時間 10/2早上8:00開始了250公里的賽程，今日賽道36.4公里，Stage1出發海拔3,206公尺~至Stage2海拔2,629公尺。總上升245M,下降973M.
高原沙漠日夜溫差非常大，出發前一晚於帳棚過夜，氣溫已下降到零下3℃, 彥博因此有點感冒症狀，比賽一路上鼻塞、呼吸不暢通。D1賽道經過峽谷、連續起伏山丘和遼闊的沙漠地形，並通過充滿岩石壁畫的印加貿易古道。
D1以4小時16分07秒完成36.4公里賽程，暫第四排名，希望經過休息後能夠儘快恢復良好備戰狀態。
D2賽程為44.5公里，一樣是高低起伏不斷的地勢，包括一座10公里的山頭爬升。

2 October 2016, Stage 1
The Atacama Crossing 2016 officially started at 8:00am this morning (Chile time)- Sunday 2 October.
The night ended up being quite cold but the sun rising across the canyons warmed up the rainbow valley.
Competitors will be treated to spectacular scenery as they descend into canyons, up and down rolling hills and across wide open desert before going up an old Inca trading route where there is a lot of rock art from the Inca and Aymara traders who used this route (grafitti from more than 600 years ago!).
