Many of you were very interested about my meals during my month of confinement after giving birth to Jamie. I'm a huge believer in drinking all sorts of Chinese soups to help with rejuvenating your body.
A lot of our friends from overseas may not have access to some of the fresh ingredients that we have in Hong Kong, or simply just do not have the time to make difficult soups.
