ผมเลิกสูบบุหรี่มาปีกว่าๆแล้วครับ!!! เลิกโดยการหักดิบมันซะเลย!!
ผ่านไปไวจริงๆ
ถ้าเทียบกับความยาวนานของเวลาที่โคตรทรมาน..
ก็ไม่เชื่อตัวเองเหมือนกันนะ ว่าจะทำได้ เพราะผมเริ่มสูบตอนอายุ14-15
ตอนที่ยังสูบบุหรี่อยู่ ก็เคยพยายามเลิกมันตั้งหลายครั้งหลายหน แต่อาจเป็นเพราะความไม่จริงจังมั้ง ก็เลยทำไม่ได้สักที
ต้นปีที่แล้ว ผมบอกตัวเองว่า ครั้งนี้ ต้องเอาจริง!
เพราะเริ่มรู้สึกเบื่อที่จะต้องแพ้ใจตัวเองอีกต่อไป เบื่อการไอ เบื่อการเหนื่อยง่าย เบื่อทุกอย่างที่เกี่ยวกับบุหรี่!
ผมเริ่มจากการให้คำสัญญากับตัวเอง กับคนที่รัก
และก็เริ่มทำมัน.....
โดยท้าทายพฤติกรรมของตัวเองที่จะทำให้อยากสูบ
เช่น หลังทานข้าว เวลาขับรถ เวลาคิดงานออก เวลาพักการแสดง เวลาเล่นคอนเสิร์ตเสร็จ และด่านที่โคตรรรยากที่สุดคือเวลาอยู่กับเพื่อน!!! เพราะเพื่อนผมมันสูบบุหรี่กันทุกคน!!!!!
.. ผมผ่านมันมาได้อย่างมีความสุขจากสายตาที่ภูมิใจของคนที่รักเรา และค้นพบว่า ช่วงเวลาที่มันยากที่สุดคือแค่สามวันแรกเท่านั้น หลังจากนั้น คือเรื่องใจล้วนๆครับ❤️
สิ่งสำคัญที่ทำให้การเลิกมันง่ายขึ้น คือกำลังใจจากตัวเอง จากครอบครัว และโดยเฉพาะจากคนรัก 😊
ผมคอยบอกตัวเองอยู่เสมอว่า ชีวิตนี้ มันงดงามแค่ไหน เมื่อได้จับมือคนที่เรารัก และชื่นชมความมหัศจรรย์ของโลกนี้ไปด้วยกัน...
และมันคงจะดีนะ ถ้าเราจะมีชีวิตอยู่กับเค้านานขึ้นอีกหน่อย..
ผมใช้ความรู้สึกอิ่มเอมนี้ในการต่อสู้กับมัน 😊
ตอนนี้ บุหรี่กับผม ไม่รู้จักกันอีกต่อไป และอย่าหวังว่าจะมาคืนดี!

I quit smoking for over a year!!! Quit by breaking the raw!!
Went by so fast
Compared to the long of time that is suffering..
I don't believe myself that I can do it because I started smoking when I was 14-15
When I was still smoking, I tried to quit it many times, but maybe because of unserious, so I couldn't do it.
In the beginning of last year, I told myself this time I must be serious!
Because I'm getting tired of losing to myself anymore. Bored of coughing, getting tired easily. Bored of everything about cigarettes!
I started by giving myself a promise to someone who loves.
And start doing it.....
By challenging your own behavior to make you want to smoke
Such as after eating, driving time, time to figure out work, time, show, concert time done, and the hardest stage is time with friends!!! Because all my friends smoke!!!!!
.. I passed it happily from the proud eyes of those who love us and discovered that the hardest moment is only the first three days. After that, it's all about my heart. ❤️
The important thing that makes quitting easier is the encouragement from yourself from family and especially from lovers. 😊
I keep telling myself how beautiful this life is to hold our loved ones and appreciate the magic of this world together...
And it would be nice to live with him a little longer..
I use this complacent to fight it 😊
Now cigarettes and I don't know each other anymore and don't expect a good night!
