Nhìn Khoai du lịch nhiều nơi, ăn nhiều món, tưởng dễ mập vậy chứ Khoai khỏe và còn mi nhon lắm nha. Mới hôm bữa về Cù Lao Dung lội sình rừng bần 5 tiếng khỏe re, bụng vẫn nhỏ sánh đôi cùng gượng mặt tròn vo tựa trăng rằm🤣.
Ăn nhiều nhưng vận động nhiều, hay suy nghĩ tích cực và cười sảng khoái cái tự nhiên thấy mình khỏe hơn à. Một bí quyết nữa là dùng ứng dụng Pulse by Prudential, app sẽ gợi ý và nhắc nhở mình tập luyện, ăn uống khoa học hơn.

This is a 25-minute butt and thigh focused exercises with a short cardio blaster to maximize calorie burn and build strength.It's a great circuit to push yourself that extra mile, especially if you want a good solid workout in a short time frame!
Beginners, you can do the workout without any dumbbells. For those who want more challenge, lift heavier!
CIRCUIT 1:
1) Goblet Squat
2) Squat Pulse + Jump
3) Dumbbell Reverse Lunges
4) Reverse Lunges with Knee Up
CIRCUIT 2:
1) Dumbbell Sumo Squat
2) Sumo Squat Pulse Criss Cross

Ingredients:
100g oat meal
50g rice flour
40g walnut
50g maple syrup
30g oil
1 tbsp matcha
Instructions:
1. put oats and walnuts into a food processor and make them into small pieces.
2. add all the rest of the ingredients and mix using pulse button.
3. shape the dough into your favorite shape.
4. bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!!!

4、160℃で20分ほど焼いたら出来上がり。
