讓互動創造收入的區塊鍊論壇 – Potato Media
對文字創作者而言，選擇何種平台成為經營主力一直是個難題，臉書存在莫名其妙的言論審核機制，對於批評特定國家都會受到箝制，且時常調整演算法，讓創作者的內容很難被自然觸及，而推特雖然少掉這一切的管控，但同時間也成為色情蔓延的地方，而無論選擇何種平台，創作者始終不存在任何保障，只能間接的獲利，而無法將其創作直接轉換成收益。
時下創作者的商業模式有三種。
一、擁有足夠粉絲量和廠商合作
當你粉絲數與影響力到達一定程度後，每天都會有許多廠商找你業配合作，收入一定不會太少，但對於品質把關、執行細節、下單後金流、客服體驗等，每個環節都不可或缺，稍有不慎，就可能讓最支持你的觀眾們，瞬間對你失去信賴度。
以我為例
每天都會收到許多合作邀約，但疫情期間最多一週一篇，平常時兩週一篇的數量，是我認為能夠兼顧收入又能做好品質控管的平衡。
二、直接銷售商品給觀眾
有創作者自行生產商品，直接銷售給自己粉絲們。
無論是從研發、生產、執行、行銷、銷售、後端等一條龍全部承包的，也有代工廠與創作者合作，代工廠顧好品質，創作者貼標成為自有商品，最終直接銷售給觀眾。
創作者少了中間商的抽成，收入自然提升，而觀眾也能直接找到對接窗口，也不用擔心出事找不到人負責，且也有支持的成分存在，彼此都能受益。
但只要商品在市場上出現負評，都可能瞬間將過去累積的一切化為烏有。
三、無償斗內
有透過直播平台刷禮物斗內，或像臉書、YT的定期付費訂閱形式，都屬於你不會實質拿到特定商品，每個月固定小額支持特定的創作者，當數量累積起來也是相當可觀，就像知名YTR「老高與小茉」，他們就曾創下「付費訂閱最快成長紀錄」，這也讓他們不需要為了承接商案而降低創作的品質。
這三種模式已經是現有條件下，最好的選擇了。
但在市場上，能夠養活的創作者在數量與品質上仍是少數中的少數，關鍵在於
「沒有人喜歡被銷售」
創作者推薦商品，還是邀請大家參與付費訂閱計畫，都會讓很多人覺得自己被銷售，進而產生反感，但創作者在沒有足夠的收入條件下，在生存與理想中的拉扯，很容易為了提高知名度與收入，最終走向偏門。
我看過太多太多一路走歪的例子了。
就像電影寄生上流中所寫的：「他是因為有錢才善良，而不是善良才有錢的。」同樣的，創作者一定本身要有一定程度的經濟收入，才能擁有更多的選擇權，否則連生存都成問題時，別期盼他能承受的了誘惑。
最近常看我文章的朋友，一定都會有個疑問，為什麼最近的易讀版從過去我的網頁，變成了Potato Media的論壇，多一個網頁連結明明會降觸及，但我這麼做的原因為何，以及我最近在做的專案經紀到底在做甚麼呢？
首先簡單介紹一下「Potato Media」
他是一個擁有各式各樣的主題討論的論壇，這樣的論壇市場上早已屢見不顯，但他吸引創作者加入的關鍵，在於平台願意將廣告收益分潤給創作者與用戶，讓每個人參與其中的互動都能獲得積分，而這個積分是能夠變為收益的。
舉例而言，每天我文章的易讀版就是一個連結，當大家的點擊就能替我創造廣告收益，等於你們不需要做任何事情，就能讓我有收入，當積少成多後，也等於我承接一檔的業配收入。
而我同步將文章上架在該平台，每天可以創造幾百元到一千多左右的金額。
對我而言這金額當然小到不行。
但好處是所有的觀眾不需要掏出任何金錢來消費，真正的做到流量變現，而我又是每天日更的創作者，一個月持續下來，至少基礎的收入也還可以接受。
他是將平台頁面的廣告費轉換成積分→積分轉成CFO虛擬貨幣→透過交易所交易進到創作者與讀者的口袋，實現了創作者實質變現，而用戶的互動過程也能產生效益。
老實說這一點都不是甚麼新概念。
早在之前臉書就又想要做一模一樣的臉書幣，也是透過一樣的遊戲規則來運作，只是礙於當時美國國會的阻礙，擔心平台會有壟斷與金流的問題，最終被阻止了。
如今卻在台灣實現了。

This is a typical basic Japanese potato salad which everyone likes 💖It is usually made with mashed potatoes and colorful vegetables.
Neatly preparing each ingredient is the key to make delicious potato salad. Take time and enjoy!!!

Japanese Potato Salad
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
300g (10.5oz.) potato
50g (1.8oz.) carrot
50g (1.8oz.) onion
50g (1.8oz.) cucumber
2 slices of cooked ham
1/2 cup whole kernel corn (canned)
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. vinegar (rice or grain)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Slice the onion, sprinkle with a bit of salt, and leave for 2~3 minutes until limp. Wash and drain well. Use a paper towel to squeeze out any excess water. *This removes the bitter taste and strong smell of the onion.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds (you can use a vegetable slicer if you have). Sprinkle with a bit of salt. When they become limp, drain well and gently squeeze with a paper towel. *Removing excess water from the cucumber will keep the salad from becoming wet.
3. Cut sliced ham into 1/2 inch (1cm) square pieces. Slice the potato into 1/2 inch (1cm) half rounds. Place the potato slices in a pot, lightly wash (to remove extra starch), add water until covered, add 1/2 tsp. of salt, and put on high heat. When it becomes to a boil, turn down to medium and cook for about 12 minutes. 4. Check the potatoes with a skewer. When they are done, drain well, transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork while they are still hot. Season with 1/2 tbsp. of vinegar, salt and pepper. *The seasonings will make the potato tasty.
5. Slice the carrot into 0.1 inch (3mm) quarter rounds. Boil for 3 minutes and drain well.
6. When the potatoes and carrots are cool enough, combine all the ingredients in one bowl and season with 4 tbsp. of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

1. Transfer a bit of egg white in a small bowl. Dilute the gel color with a little milk (or water) to give a thin consistency. Then mix into the egg white and season with salt to make blue egg liquid. For the yellow, mix the leftover egg and season with salt. Heat cooking oil in a small pan on low heat, pour the egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface. Cook the egg until the edges begin to dry, then flip it over and cook the other side.
2. Cut the yellow egg crepe into a triangular shape. Then cut out a moon shape to make mouth. Cut out cheese, blue egg crepe, and Nori to make eyes. Cut out yellow egg crepe to make cheeks and nose. Make a few random holes in his face. Place it on the Chicken Rice packed in a bento box. Then place his tooth made with cheese to finish.
