Paper 1 (Reading) 提示:
原則:先練弱項,再全卷操練
1.1 先將自己做過的 past papers 或 mock papers 翻閱一次,統計各題型中,自己的最強和最弱的 question types。
1.2 主要 Question Types 如下:
- Main idea / Main purpose
- Long questions (Locating information / Giving comments / Making comparisons)
- MC (Locating information / Inference)
- Contextual meaning / Dictionary / Synonyms / Antonyms
- True/False/Not Given
- Reference
- Summary Cloze
- Sequencing
- Matching
- Writer's Attitude
- Proofreading
- MC Cloze
2.1 先按題型操練,特別先針對最弱的題型操練,同步溫習相關題目的作答技巧。
2.2 如果各題型的準確度相近,較值得操練 Long Questions 和 Summary Cloze。
2.3 Summary Cloze 必須練習 grammar 的準確度;Long Questions 必須練習找原文資料的速度。
3.1 另外必須溫習 Poems & Songs 的 poetic devices 及 figurative language。已報讀 Final Hit 的同學,務必完成書內幾篇 poems 及 songs 的篇章。
3.2 除了典型的說明文,可再練習與 Stories 相關的題目,Final Hit Book 1 已有相關的題目。
4. 在這個時間,不宜為 Reading 卷記詞彙。操練時也不可查字典。
5.1 考前兩三天,或已對以上題型有信心的話,請全份操練。
5.2 必須 time 時間做。
Part A + B1: A 50 mins + B1 40 mins
Part A + B2: A 35 mins + B2 55 mins
5.3 成績並不是重點,必須檢討錯誤的題型如何改善,期間必須溫習堂上抄過的重點。

"Floating Island" - CHUANG Chih Wei Solo Exhibition (2014)
These islands were saturated with a kind of floating memory incessantly drifting in the air flow of time.
This solo exhibition is titled "The Floating Islands" to project the sedimentary status of my own creation. Due to my past experience shuttling through various professional realms including interactive devices, electronics, architecture, machinery, nature and scientific experiments, I had experienced with bouncing touch and escaping rapidly. On the other hand, since 2013, I kept on relocating through different cities. At the very movement I could feel the cultural variance, I was also confined to a small specific zone due to my job demand. Such a status made me act like a navigator losing his sailing coordinates. Namely, I had always experienced myself in an identical way to perceive what I had encountered even if I truly understood my whereabouts in different territorial waters. However, till the spring in 2014, my floating and isolating status of creation started to accumulate a huge isolation sense as if nowhere I could belong during the period of my Tokyo stay for art creations because of both my physical and mental conditions continuously affected by the roaming and strange settings of relocation, dwelling, familiarity and departure over and over. A series of my creative artworks started to be conceived like the long-sunk islands surfacing again. Therefore, this solo exhibition will be demonstrated in a way with poetic description. Framed by technologies and life experience, the coordinates of these islands / my ego will be definitely positioned.
這群小島是某種輕飄飄的回憶,在時間的氣流中不斷位移。
個展以「浮島」為名,投射出自身創作的沉積樣態。由於過去穿梭於不同領域,涵蓋互動裝置、電子、建築、機械、自然、生物以及科學實驗,以跳躍的方式接觸,進入後又快速抽離;另一方面,自2013年起不斷在各個城市間移動,在明確感受城市文化差異的同時,又礙於工作需求而被劃限於狹小的特定區塊裡。這樣的狀態猶如一個失去座標的航行者,即便明確的知道海域不同,但卻用同樣的方式認識著所經歷的一切。然而沉浮游離的創作狀態,直至2014年春天在日本東京進行駐村創作,因身體和心理狀態持續在陌生場域間移動,居住、熟識、最終離開,凝聚出巨大且無所歸屬的疏離感,再度積累出一系列創作,原本淹沒於海中的島嶼如再度浮出。因此本次展覽將詩意敘事的手法呈現裝置,藉科技與生命經驗為經緯,定位該島嶼/自身存在的座標位置。
