如何團身俄挺?
How to achieve tucked planche?
明明覺得自己肌力狀態還不錯
但卻連最基本的團身都掌握不到訣竅嗎?
以下幾個運動可以給你們當作一個開始的方向
/
1.伏地挺身
Push up with scapular protraction at the top
這邊特別需要注意
肩胛不需要特別穩定在後收下壓的位置
反而希望在推起來的時候去做到肩胛前引
/
2.伏地挺身+派克肩推
Push up to Pike position
主要也是讓身體去適應做推的動作時
肩胛前引的一個動作模式
/
3.伏地挺身+屈膝團身
push up slide to tucked position
這個動作也可以用TRX操作
主要需要注意的是在滑行過程中
盡量把重心都利用上肢支撐著之後
再把腳向前滑行
/
4.如果髖屈活動度不夠好
可以選擇在架高的平臺上操作
If you having problems lifting your feet up
try it on a higher platform
/
訓練動作千百種
沒有什麼訓練動作才是最好的
只有最適合的
所以建議各位可以盡量多去嘗試

正在進行「TRX drop pull up下降式引體向上」這組動作,我因為覺得臂力弱到哭,每次訓練中都會氣自己不夠努力才會做到無力,可是一下課就瞬間忘記,直到下一堂課又再生自己的氣,無限循環中😆😂
訓練菜單:
飛輪暖身25min
動態準備15min
以下每組45秒,循環2組:
Drop push up 下降式伏地挺身
12kg KB swing壺鈴擺盪
PB slide lunge平衡鈴滑行弓箭步
FB pike and hold瑞士球直腿撐體
TRX drop pull up下降式引體向上
Parable crunch+resistance平衡鈴俯臥捲體+彈力繩阻力
