All aurora with face pic is 99% edit. What our eyes can see compared to camera is very different & pics before editing n after editing is different 90% of the time because camera could capture the best lights while the eyes sees only minimal. From the experience of chasing northern lights for years being in various countries and cities for the lights. Even when u hire an expensive photographer, they only pass you the original copies and u have to reedit urself. Prices and best times to see northern lights swipe left

TL;DW. Buy the version III even if you own the version II. It might not seem like much of an upgrade on paper, but the V3 far outperforms the V2 in many ways.

BUT. Only upgrade if you can afford it. If you can't, don't sweat it. It's not a necessary upgrade. Remember to make smart purchase decisions and not because you want to have it.
