1. ความทุกข์เกิดจากความคาดหวัง การแก้ทุกข์บางครั้งทำได้ง่ายๆ แค่ลดความคาดหวังหรือเปลี่ยนความคาดหวัง

4. "ตำหนิ" คือสิ่งที่ทุกคนมี แต่เวลาเราชื่นชอบคนนั้นมาก ความชอบอาจบดบัง "ตำหนิ" ของเขาจนเราลืมมอง
5. "การไม่ได้มา" อาจเป็นโชคดี และการ "ได้ครอบครอง" อาจเป็นโชคร้ายก็ได้ แค่คำตอบมันรออยู่ในอนาคต
