I've spent the last two days at UNESCO, working with inspiring teammates from Libya, Oman, Cameroon, Guyana, Mexico, Samoa and NZ who in their own respect are leaders/ changemakers in the cultural heritage sector; developing ideas and strategies of how to make heritage relevant and cool, in respectful ways.
Making heritage present in our current lives was exactly the motivation for Ashley Duong and I to make a music video. Intangible cultural heritage has been proven to be a catalyst for social cohesion, peacebuilding, water security, and climate safety.. Sounds far-fetched but I've experienced these first hand.
