For this year's Halloween I made a bento with three kinds of rice balls that look like Anpanman, and six kinds of side dishes all using pumpkin!
Because pumpkin cooks fast, these were all very quick and easy to make. The cheerleader and Spiderman liked the salad the most (^―^)
レシピ:
1個のカボチャ(約1.2Kg)で6種類のおかず
下準備
1.スプーンで種を取り除く
2.カボチャ(約800g)をザク切り(3種類分)
3.耐熱容器に入れてラップをかけてレンジで加熱(600W8~10分)
茶巾絞り(4個)
1.カボチャ200gと牛乳25ml
2.バター25gと塩をひとつまみ
3.フォークの背でカボチャをつぶして全体を混ぜる
4.小さい器にラップを敷いてカボチャ1/4を入れる
5.ラップで包みながら丸める
6.口をひねりながら形成
7.冷蔵庫で冷やす
フライボール(12個)
1.カボチャ350gにバター30g
2.塩コショウ適量
3.パン粉に黒ゴマを適量
4.12等分して丸めたカボチャに小麦粉と卵
5.パン粉をまぶして170℃で転がしながら揚げる
6.キツネ色になったら取り出して冷ます
豚肉巻き
1.カボチャ(200g)を2cm幅に切る
2.耐熱容器に入れてラップをかけてレンジで加熱(600W3分)
3.豚肉で巻く
4.油をひいて弱火で両面を焼く
5.焼き色がついたら塩コショウ
スパゲッティ
1.皮を除いたカボチャ100gを小さめに切る
2.牛乳150mlにカボチャを入れて弱火で煮込む
3.コンソメを入れて何度かかき混ぜて、火を止めたらバター20g
4.茹でたパスタを混ぜ合わせる
5.塩コショウで味を調整
フライドパンプキン
1.残りのカボチャをスティック状に切る
2.170℃で揚げる
3.キッチンペーパーにあげて塩を振って冷ます
かぼちゃサラダ
1.ベーコン(お好み)を切る
2.潰したカボチャ200gとマヨネーズを合える
おにぎり3種類
カレーふりかけ
シャケふりかけ
めんつゆ
海苔
サラダアラスカ
カマボコ
Recipe:
Side dishes of six types of one pumpkin (about 1.2Kg)
Preliminary arrangements

How to Make Hello Kitty Bento Lunch Box
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30-60min (depending on your patience)
Number of servings: 2-3 bento boxes
Ingredients:
((Stuffed Red Peppers))
2 red peppers *30g (1oz.) each
A
* 80g (2.8oz.) ground pork
* 40g (1.4oz.) minced onion
* salt and cracked black pepper
flour
cooking oil
sliced American cheese
Nori sheet
((Vegetable Kinpira with Eggs))

white Kamaboko fish cake
Kanikama (imitation crab meat/crab sticks)
sliced American cheese
spaghetti pasta
((Hello Kitty Onigiri Rice Ball))
cooked white Japanese rice
salt
Nori sheet
red pepper bottom
drained canned whole corn kernels
Directions:
((Stuffed Red Peppers))
1. Put A in a bowl and mix well by hand until all ingredients are combined and smooth.
2. Cut the bottoms off the red peppers to make a ribbon (ribbons) for the Hello Kitty Onigiri Rice Ball.
3. Cut each pepper into 3 rings, remove the seeds, and dust inside of peppers with flour.
4. Stuff the mixture into the peppers.
5. Heat cooking oil in a pan and place the stuffed peppers. When one side is golden brown, flip them over. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes until cooked through. In the same pan, lightly saute the Hello Kitty ribbons, and set aside.
6. Cut the sliced cheese with a toothpick to make apple cores. Cut Nori sheet with eyebrow scissors to make apple seeds.
*I bought leaf-shaped bento toothpicks at "CANDO" 100yen shop.

((Kamaboko Fish Cake House))
1. Slice Kamaboko fish cake and cut into a house shape.
2. Peel off the red part of Kanikama to make the roof, and attach it with bits of spaghetti pasta. (pasta will absorb moisture from Kamaboko and gets soft after few hours, so you can eat it by lunchtime!)
3. Cut sliced cheese to make windows.
((Hello Kitty Onigiri Rice Ball))
1. Put steamed rice in a bowl and mix a pinch of salt to taste. Stuff the rice into the Hello Kitty Onigiri Mold (spread the rice into the crevices of the mold with a small spoon). Place the lid and push the rice down. Remove the lid, then push the rice out from the mold.
2. Use the Hello Kitty Nori Punch to make eyes and whiskers.
3. Place the side dishes and rice in the bento box. Then arrange the small parts with tweezers.
You can also use a plastic wrap to form the Hello Kitty rice ball but it requires a great patience...

祝!5SOS来日!彼らの曲『JET BLACK HEART 』をイメージしたケーキを作りました!おもいっきり真っ赤なハートのレッドベルベットケーキに おもいっきり真っ黒なグラサージュをかけました。
*レシピ*
ケーキを焼きます
1.薄力粉 90g、アーモンドパウダー 25g、ベーキングパウダー 小さじ 1、ココアパウダー 10g、赤食用色素 5gの粉類を合わせてふるう。
2.ボウルに室温に戻した無塩バター 100gを入れ、泡立て器で混ぜる。
3.砂糖 120gを2回に分けて入れ、そのつど混ぜる。
4.卵 2個を溶きほぐし、3に少しずつ加えよく混ぜる。
5.4に1の粉類を入れ、ゴムベラで切るように混ぜる。
6.5に牛乳 30gを入れ、混ぜる。
7.薄くサラダ油をぬった型に6を入れる。(今回のハートの型で3個分)中央をへこませると後で切り落とす部分が少なくてすむ。
8.170度に予熱したオーブンで25分焼く。
9.焼き上がったら粗熱がとれるまで冷ます。
10.余分な部分を切り落とす。
11.イチゴジャムをぬり、サンドする。
グラサージュを作ります
12.ゼラチン 2gに水 15gを入れておく。
13. 鍋に砂糖 50g、ブラックココアパウダー 15g、ココアパウダー 5gをふるいながら入れる。
14.牛乳 85gを入れてひと混ぜする。
15.火にかける。混ぜながら沸騰させ、火を弱め3分ほど加熱する。
16.火からおろし、12を加え混ぜる。時々、混ぜながら人肌まで冷ます。
17.アミなどの上に11を置く。冷ました16をまんべんなくかける。
18.17の下に流れたグラサージュをこし器でこし、ケーキにかける。
19.さらに18の作業をもう1回繰り返す。グラサージュを3回かけました。
20.冷蔵庫で30分ほど冷やす。
21.鍋にサラダ油を少し入れる。
22.アルファベットパスタを入れ、火を付ける。
23.焦がさないように揚げる。
24.20に23でデコする。
25.5SOSの来日に感謝しながらいただく。
Welcome to Japan! MosoGourmet loves 5SOS! We baked a cake made in the image of their song "JET BLACK HEART"! We coated this totally red heart-shaped red velvet cake with totally black glaçage. Of course we will be headed to their live!
*Recipe*
Baking the cake
(1) 90g soft wheat flour, 25g almond powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 10g cocoa powder, 5g red food coloring. Mix together these powdered ingredients and shake.
(2) Place 100g unsalted butter brought to room temperature in a bowl, and whisk with an eggbeater.
(3) Divide 120g of sugar into 2 portions each, mixing in 1 portion at a time.
(4) Scramble 2 eggs, and stir into (3) a little at at time, and mix thoroughly.
(5) Add the powdered ingredients from (1) to (4), and mix using a rubber spatula, using cutting motions.
(6) Add 30g of milk to (5), and mix.
(7) Thinly coat a cake pan with salad oil, and add(6). (For this recipe, use 3 heart-shaped pans) Making an indentation in the center will help reduce the amount that will need to be cut away later.
(8) Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
(9) After baking, let the cake cool.
(10) Cut away the extra portions.
(11) Coat with strawberry jam, and stack together like a sandwich.
Prepare the glaçage
(12) Add 15g of water to 2g of gelatin.
(13) Sprinkle 50g of sugar, 15g of black cocoa powder, and 5g of cocoa powder into a pan.
(14) Add 85g of milk and mix together.
(15) Add heat. Stir until the mixture boils, then lower heat and let simmer for 3 minutes.
(16) Remove from heat, stir in (12) and mix. Stir occasionally and allow to cool to body warmth.
(17) Place (11) on a wire rack or something similar. After (16) has cooled, coat (11) uniformly and evenly.
(18) Gather the glaçage that has flowed beneath (17) into a strainer, and pour back onto the cake.
(19) Repeat step (18) once more. We poured the glaçage 3 times.
(20) Cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
(21) Pour a small amount of salad oil into a pan.
(22) Add alphabet pasta, and heat.
(23) Fry the pasta, making sure not to burn it.
(24) Decorate (20) with (23)
(25) Give thanks for 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER's visit to Japan and enjoy.
