想分享一個在內觀中心學到的觀念
在這之前 先引用一段文字
「魚游水中，鳥棲高枝；
松柏耐寒，蘚苔就濕。
生物各有習性，
人亦有喜有惡。
沒有道理，自然而已。」

自然 好難說明
或許靜靜地呼吸 感受
更能體會何謂自然
.
自然之中
有部分的現象 物質 情感
是我們所喜歡的 於是我們一直想要
有另外的現象 物質 情感
是我們所抗拒的 於是我們一直想逃
這般想要 想逃的執著 正是痛苦的來源
.
喜歡的事情不會無止盡 但會有一些
抗拒的事情不會不發生 但總會過去
一樣地發生 然後滅去
是自然的本質 無常的特性
.
好吃的食物 能不能不貪愛
吃多反而沒了美味 撐了腸胃
不愛的食物 能不能不嗔恨
欣賞其獨特滋味 鹹也好 淡也好
放下執著 隨遇而安 遠離痛苦
.
I would like to share something I learnt during my Vipassana experience.
Before that, let me share with you a quote from my book
Fish in water, birds on branches.
Enduring pine trees, moist resistant moss.
Every living thing has its own habit
Just as we have our own preferences
No particular reason, it is just how it is.

Nature is hard to explain
Maybe you will get what is nature by breathing in peace and feel it with your heart.
.
In the process,
There are certain phenomenon, materials and emotions that we like and hence we keep wanting more; while there are some we want to resist and hence we keep running away.
Wanting more and running away are exactly the source of our pain.

There’s a limit on the availability of how many things we love, but there will definitely be some for us.
Things we don’t like are still happening but they will fade away eventually.
They all happen and pass down the same way.
This is the true colours of the nature, the feature of uncertainty.
.
We shall exercise self constraints when presented with delicious food; for having too much of it will make it less palatable and even make ourselves stuffed.
We shall not avoid the food we don’t love; for heavy or light, it has its unique taste.
Be less stubborn, let down of the things we cling on and be away from any source of pain.
