Okay, i have another thing to rant about today ! Our dear beloved Pos Laju , I have been using your services for years now, and finally I have had enough of your 'postmen'.
Today I have been waiting at home for the whole day for a post that I urgently need. And I checked that it's out for delivery. So I waited and waited. Come 6PM I felt that it's strange, it's late, it's never this late usually. So I called my guard house to ask if anyone tried to delivery anything today. Surprise surprise. The postman came, 4 hours ago. So I was confused, why didn't he come up then? I was home the whole freaking day.
The security guard told me, they asked him to come up to my condo but he refused and claims that he couldn't call me. What? There's so many layers of wrong and a truckload of LAZY right there.
I mean, okay let's assume the sender put my number wrongly and you couldn't call me because it was the wrong number but what gives you the right to just leave a failed delivery note in the guard house ? WHY ARE YOU SO LAZY? CANT MY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS BE HOME? WHAT IS WRONNG WITH YOU? (Okay, I am really mad, because even after 2 complaints, the postman will just continue doing his job, maybe even lazier than ever. I know, to you it might not be a glorious job, a postman but let me remind you, it is. People receive packages, love letters, post cards, things that they bought, mostly happy things. You are delivering happiness to people, why can't you be more hardworking and enthusiastic about that?
At the end of the day, is it just because it's an easy job to get? I don't know. But you had one job. ONE JOB.
So now, I am stuck with no packages, no solution but a few alphabets and numbers which makes up for the filing number of my complaint.
Are you going to do something about this, Pos Malaysia Berhad?
Guys, I don't know. It seems like I have more to complain nowadays than to be happy about. I am sure I am not the only one that went through this. I am just currently really mad at the postman. Everything was wasted because he was LAZY to take the lift and come upstairs to ring the bell. All because of that. Is that the standard you practice?
Are you sad and maybe you are thinking that you are not getting paid enough to deliver parcels and letters with some pride?
It's my 4th time, receiving a failed delivery note while I waited the whole day at home. Are you going to continue to waste my time?
An update (8PM) : after being promised that they will call me if they already have the package at the pos laju. I waited. Nope no call. And since I know that they close at 8. I gambled and head there myself. So yes, the parcel is there, but OMG, after the complain, nobody cares enough to follow up? Nice. 🙃
I have nothing to say, nor I feel that I need an explanation. What can they say? What could possibly make up for my lost time? Share if you agree.
