來自美國洛杉磯的 The Linda Lindas，由 10 歲的鼓手 Mila 和 14 歲的姊姊 Lucia（吉他）、兩人的表親 13 歲的 Eloise（貝斯），加上今年 16 歲的好朋友 Bela（吉他） 所組成，這首名為〈Racist, Sexist Boy〉的曲子，是根據鼓手 Mila 在疫情期間因為自己的華裔身份，而遭到班上同學歧視的經驗所寫下的曲子，直白的歌詞配合強而有力的現場演出，讓 The Linda Lindas 徹底的席捲了各大社群以及音樂評論媒體，一週不到的時間，就寫下近 400 萬次的觀看次數，也讓他們拿到了來自龐克廠牌 Epitaph 的唱片合約。
成軍於 2018 年的 The Linda Lindas，團名來自於電影《琳達！琳達！》，裴斗娜在電影裡熱唱 The Blue Hearts 經典的〈Linda Linda〉畫面，可以說是燃起了許多人的龐克魂，他們的第一次演出是在一場由女性主導的音樂節《Girlschool LA festival》，那場他們翻唱了許多經典樂團的創作包括 Cat Power、Mazzy Star、Best Coast、the Yeah Yeah Yeahs，包括 Best Coast 和 Karen O 都上台和他們一起合唱，幾位年輕的團員們也把 Karen O 視為自己搖滾道路上的導師。

Mila、Lucia 的父親是位曾得過葛萊美獎的音響工程師 Carlos de la Garza，曾經 Paramore、M83、Jimmy Eat World 都曾經與他合作過，兩人在充滿 DIY 龐克文化的環境下成長，也讓他們對於這種親自完成一切事情的創作形式著迷。
