【核電幫神主牌第四代反應爐在法國被宣布放棄】

繼侯友宜市長給予核終沈重打擊後，核電事業在全球出現重大挫敗，再給予土條致命一擊！（有點太嗨我知道。）
核電幫所擁戴的，號稱可以把低階核廢料送進去當燃料，出來核廢料超級少，而且半衰期只剩下數百年的「第四代反應堆」，在原訂建造計畫6.5億歐元（227億元新台幣），不斷追加到7.3億歐元（254億元新台幣）之後，法國原子與另類能源委員會宣布停止計畫。
（追加預算資料只到2017，只追加不到30億元就放棄是不太可能的，這種情況的話，可能有更大的追加金額才會導致放棄，不然太不合理了。）
日本在2016年也因為建造經費太高而停止了類似的Monju計畫，轉而期待法國反應堆能作為現有核廢料的去處。Monju當時預計花費高達78億歐元（2719億元新台幣）。
而比爾蓋茲唯一的核能投資Terra Power，本來和中國核工合作發展同類型的反應堆（鈉冷式），也因為貿易戰中止，在目前全球核能發展停擺，連法國、日本、韓國等核能大國都紛紛放棄核電投資的情況下，並不容易再找到合作對象。

France’s nuclear agency has announced it has dropped plans to build a prototype sodium-cooled nuclear reactor after hundreds of millions of euros were spent on its research and development.
As reported in Le Monde newspaper, the Atomic & Alternative Energies Commission (CEA) said it would suspend research in so-called fourth generation reactors in the ASTRID project this year, and is no longer planning to build a prototype in the short or medium term.
Japan cancelled its own 7.8 billion euro Monju prototype fast-breeder project in 2016 due to heavy costs and viewed ASTRID as central to its plans to recycle spent nuclear fuel.
In 2010, the ASTRID project was granted a €652-million budget. By the end of 2017 investment in the project had reached €738 million euros, according to public auditor data in Le Monde's report.
There are also safety concerns about using sodium instead of water to cool reactors.
Since sodium remains liquid at high temperatures instead of turning into steam so sodium reactors do not need the heavy pressurized hulls of PWRs. But sodium burns on contact with air and explodes when plunged into water.

【比爾蓋茲唯一的核電投資也停止】
中美貿易摩擦的影響力持續擴大，連新創公司對中國的投資也受影響。根據《華爾街日報》的報導，微軟聯合創始人比爾‧蓋茲（Bill Gates）所創辦的核能應用公司泰拉能源（TerraPower），因為美國政府對中國貿易的新規範，因而放棄與中國國企的合作計畫。
報導指出，TerraPower 是一家核能應用企業，由 Bill Gates 擔任董事長。但該公司管理人士對媒體表示，在當前美國政府的限制情況下，其合作計畫遇到了障礙，所以不得不放棄與中國核能工業集團有限公司的既定協議。而目前正在為其技術的早期試驗，再次尋找新的合作夥伴。
TerraPower 是在 2017 年與中國核能工業集團有限公司達成協議，將在北京以南建造一座實驗性的核反應爐。但是，Bill Gates 在上週所發表的一篇文章中寫道，面對美國政府所提出的新限制，TerraPower 不太可能執行其計畫。
報導進一步指出，TerraPower 目前不確定將與哪個國家合作進行技術試驗。而實驗技術的計畫是將退化鈾用做核子反應爐的燃料，以提高安全性，並且降低成本。TerraPower 的執行長 Chris Levesque 也指出，目前公司正在進行重整中，並且希望能找到另一個合作夥伴。
美國能源部在 2018 年 10 月表示，由於美國製造的技術具有相當重要的戰略地位，因此宣布新的限制內容。對此，TerraPower 的聯合發起人、該公司的董事長 Bill Gates 則是在發表的文章中指出，美國目前限制內容過於嚴格，不允許在美國境內建造新的反應爐原型，因此才在 2017 年 10 月份開始與中國國企進行合作。如今又因為中美的貿易摩擦而限制相關技術的輸出，使得公司不得不再尋找其他的合作夥伴。

Chương trình trải nghiệm xe Porsche World Roadshow đầu tiên tại Việt Nam khai mạc sáng nay tại khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng, Quận 7, TP.HCM và kéo dài đến 29/3.
Porsche World Roadshow (PWRS) là một trong những sự kiện trải nghiệm xe đặc biệt theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế của Porsche toàn cầu, thu hút hơn 42.000 khách hàng tại hơn 45 quốc gia tham dự trong suốt những năm qua.
Lần đầu tiên PWRS được tổ chức ở Việt Nam, Porsche cho biết hãng đã thiết kế riêng cho thị trường Việt Nam một chương trình điển hình và phù hợp với cơ sở hạ tầng cũng như điều kiện khí hậu và giao thông.
22 mẫu xe thể thao hiệu suất cao đình đám của Porsche sẽ có mặt trong sự kiện này. Nổi tiếng nhất là các dòng xe: Macan Turbo, Cayenne Turbo S, Panamera Turbo S, Cayman GT4, Boxster GTS, 911 Targa 4 GTS, 911 GT3 RS và đặc biệt là sự hiện diện của các phiên bản mới ra mắt thuộc thế hệ thứ bảy của dòng xe 911 như 911 Carrera, 911 Carrera S, 911 Carrera 4S hay 911 Turbo S.
Chương trình Trải nghiệm xe Porsche World Roadshow 2016 (PWRS) lần đầu tiên được tổ chức tại Việt Nam, ở khu đô thị Phú Mỹ Hưng, Quận 7, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, từ ngày 21 đến hết ngày 29 tháng 3 năm 2016.
The first Porsche World Roadshow in Vietnam have been opened this morning at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCM City and will be extended to 29/3.
Porsche World Roadshow (PWRS) is one of the events to experience special vehicles according to the international standards of Porsche, attracted more than 42,000 customers in more than 45 countries attended throughout the years.
PWRS first held in Vietnam, Porsche said it was designed specifically for the Vietnam market a typical program and matching infrastructure as well as climatic conditions and traffic.
22 sports car's high-performance of Porsche will be present during this event. The most famous are the models: Macan Turbo, Cayenne Turbo S, Panamera Turbo S, Cayman GT4, Boxster GTS, 911 GTS Targa 4, 911 GT3 RS and especially the presence of the new version launches 7th generation 911 as 911 Carrera, 911 Carrera S, 911 Carrera 4S and 911 Turbo S.
Porsche World Roadshow 2016 (PWRS) was first held in Vietnam, in Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City from July 21 to the end of March 29, 2016.
