ซึ่งตัวแทนของ Ubisoft ได้ยืนยันกับทาง Polygon ว่า แมวดังกล่าวคือ Scottish Wildcat แมวป่าสายพันธุ์ยุโรปที่อาศัยอยู่ในสก็อตแลนด์ และเคยมีอยู่อย่างแพร่หลายในอังกฤษ แต่หลังจากช่วงศตวรรษที่ 20 แมวชนิดนี้ก็มีจำนวนลดลงอย่างมากจากการสูญเสียที่อยู่อาศัยและการรุกรานของมนุษย์

อย่างที่หลายคนรู้กันมาก่อนหน้านี้ว่า Pyramid Head ตัวละครสำคัญของ Silent Hill 2 ได้กลายมาเป็นฆาตกรรับเชิญในเกม Dead by Daylight พร้อมกับ Cheryl Mason และโรงเรียนประถม Midwich ในรูปแบบ Silent Hill Chapter DLC ของเกม ที่สร้างเสียงฮือฮาให้กับแฟนๆ เกมแนวสยองขวัญและแฟนๆ Silent Hill อย่างมาก
.
แต่ดูเหมือนว่าในชุมชนชาวเกมจะเกิดเป็นประเด็นขึ้นมา เมื่อมีแฟนๆ จำนวนหนึ่งกล่าวหาว่าทาง Behaviour Interactive สตูดิโอผู้พัฒนา Dead by Daylight ได้ทำการลดขนาด "ก้น" ของ Pyramid Head ให้เล็กลงจากที่ควรเป็น

ซึ่งในภาพด้านซ้ายคือภาพตัวอย่างที่โชว์ตัวละคร Pyramid Head ในขณะที่ทางขวาคือ Pyramid Head ที่แฟนๆ บันทึกภาพออกมาจากในตัวเกม

อย่างไรก็ตาม คุณ Mathieu Cote ผู้กำกับ Dead by Daylight ได้ยืนยันกับทาง Polygon ผ่านทางอีเมลว่า ทีมงานไม่ได้ไปยุ่งเกี่ยวอะไรกับก้นของ Pyramid Head และกล่าวว่า มันก็กลมกลึงเท่ากันนั่นแหละ ไม่ได้ถูกลดในระหว่างการพัฒนาแต่อย่างใด

[News] "ก้น" ของ Pyramid Head ได้รับการเพิ่มขนาดให้ใหญ่ขึ้น ในอัปเดตล่าสุดของ Dead by Daylight

Patch ล่าสุดของ Dead by Daylight ดูจะเป็นการอัปเดตแก้ไขตัวเกมตามปกติ ที่มีการเพิ่มความสามารถให้กับฆาตกรบางตัว มีการแก้ไขบั๊กต่างๆ แต่ถ้าคุณลองอ่าน Patch Note ดีๆ จะเห็นว่ามีข้อความหนึ่งระบุว่า

"แก้ไขปัญหาที่ทำให้ก้นของ The Executioner แบนเกินไป"

The Executioner หรือ Pyramid Head คือตัวละครจาก Silent Hill ที่เข้ามาเป็นฆาตกรรับเชิญใน DLC ของเกม เมื่อเดือน มิ.ย. ปีที่แล้ว ที่สร้างเสียงฮือฮาให้กับแฟนๆ เกมแนวสยองขวัญและแฟนๆ Silent Hill อย่างมาก และตกเป็นประเด็นให้พูดถึง เพราะแฟนๆ สังเกตว่า "ก้น" ของ Pyramid Head ถูกลดขนาดให้เล็กลงไปกว่าที่ภาพตัวอย่างที่โชว์ในตอนแรก

อย่างไรก็ตาม คุณ Mathieu Cote ผู้กำกับ Dead by Daylight ได้ยืนยันกับทาง Polygon ผ่านทางอีเมลในตอนนั้นว่า ทีมงานไม่ได้ไปยุ่งเกี่ยวอะไรกับก้นของ Pyramid Head เลย และกล่าวว่า มันก็กลมกลึงเท่ากันนั่นแหละ ไม่ได้ถูกลดในระหว่างการพัฒนาแต่อย่างใด
