嗨大家好，我們是 Soac Studio。
跟台灣菜決鬥了好幾個月，才知道台灣菜真的不簡單！
從碗盤小吃到家常菜一次次反覆實驗，以自身微薄的力量重新詮釋對這塊土地的熱情。我們相信「 越在地就越國際。 」，而一地的食物就是一種語言，用舌頭就能感受當地風土的力量。
在這樣的出發點下，我們決定成立 TAIWAN TONGUE ，以中英文並行發佈每份食譜與專欄，經營台灣料理食譜網站，希望讓更多對台灣文化陌生的人認識這座島嶼的味道、進而深深愛上！光想著外國朋友能正確念出「 蚵仔煎 」的台語，而不是 Oyster omelette 就讓我們充滿動力。

The Oyster Omelette is infamous in Taiwan, especially in Central Taiwan! Lukang, one of Taiwan's oldest cities, is home to the most famous oyster omelet in Taiwan. With such a demand for this cuisine, they have even made fried versions of the oyster omelet that are fried in rice and soybean batter.
