● It's going to have a bad day. It's normal if we don't have a lot of drama with it. The bad day will be short if the drama will be long

● Fulfilled or disappointed. It's not as important as still hopeful or not.

● There are people who can disappoint us, but there is no one to take away the ability to create hope from us.

● Some days we don't want to win, we just want to sit still happily.

● When you have to deal with many difficult things, don't put them together. It will look scary.

● Opposite, splitting it individually. It's less scary then handling it individually on the timeline.

● If it's on the same timeline, use power to manage it harder than before.

● Enough hard work, finish or skip difficult problems. The problem will be weaker. We will have more power.

● Some moments. Calm mouth is how to accumulate good energy

● We may have made some mistakes. Don't lose energy with complaining. Keep yourself under control. It's better to solve problems.

● The moving day. The work that doesn't do will be bigger and will become a demon near the deadline. Miguel should let it become that powerful.

● A day of restful sleep gives life power back to many.

● When I'm suffering, open the calendar far away. We will see the changing atmosphere of life and see that it shouldn't be used today or during this time to decide all lives.

● Don't forget to be close to those who are sincere to us. The truth always absorbs negative energy from us and releases positive energy to our heart.

Xin chào, mình là Khả Tú, hay được các sếp kêu Tú em hay bé Tú, cũng vì dấu sắc nên nó vần nhau á, mà nghe thấy thích, nhưng các bạn cứ gọi mình Tú nha. Kiếm chỗ tựa lưng, rồi mình kể các bạn nghe về những kinh nghiệm đúc kết từ quá trình làm việc đầy mồ hôi vs nước mắt, lả chả thêm chút nhảm nhí cho có động lực.

Mình sinh năm 98, từ năm 3 đã bắt đầu đi thực tập fulltime ở một công ty agency start-up. Thật ra đối với các bạn chưa bao giờ làm fulltime, thì nhớ chuẩn bị sẵn 1 bờ mông và cái đầu thật vững vì chắc chắn sẽ bị jetlag đấy. Nguyên tuần đầu mình bị choáng, ngồi 8h một ngày, còn over time, ngày 9h làm việc 7h rời công ty, thỉnh thoảng làm chưa tốt bị sếp trách rồi về ấm ức khóc, công việc overload (vì công ty có vài người thôi), lương 1tr5. Chịu không nổi ngày nào cũng nhủ bản thân thôi nghỉ làm đi, rồi lọ mọ 12h tối viết cái mail xin nghỉ, tắt wifi ngủ liền. Sợ đối mặt, mang theo những hứa hẹn ngày đầu phỏng vấn đi mất. Ngày hôm sau đấy mình có cơ hội ngồi với chị sếp, và mình nghĩ các bạn cũng nên như vậy khi cảm thấy bị bối rối, nghe chị kể về áp lực, về trách nhiệm, rằng chị cũng muốn buông xuôi, nhưng chị yêu công ty, chị ráng ở lại. Cũng thấy bản thân thật yếu đuối, chỉ vì bước ra khỏi safezone của bản thân thì vội sợ hãi.

Mình cho bản thân 1 cơ hội để học, để làm và chiến đấu ròng rã hơn 4 tháng trời với vô số kinh nghiệm từ account, marketing, admin rồi chạy sự kiện, trước khi ngừng lại để tập trung học năm cuối. Làm ở đấy mình học được nhiều thứ mà mình thấy tâm đắc lắm. Thứ nhất là thái độ, một thái độ tốt, chịu học, chịu sửa sai, chịu nghe, chịu làm hơn mười phần kiến thức cho dù bạn có cực kì giỏi. Thứ hai là luôn confirm, một câu nói nghe rất thấm thía sự đời, mình xin trích :”khi quyết định đừng bao giờ tưởng, vì khi em tưởng đến lúc em thực hiện nó, thì đã bao nhiêu hệ luỵ xảy ra rồi”.

Rồi mình tự học design dành ngót ngét 1 năm làm freelance, trưa nào cũng ra quán cà phê ngồi làm. Làm freelance bạn sẽ được tự làm sếp của chính bạn, tự làm planner, tự làm BD (business development chứ không phải buê đuê nhe), tự làm account,... nói chung tất tần tật. Freelance làm thoải mái nhưng deadline dí thì công phá dữ dội, khách hối gửi brief 11h đêm là chuyện bình thường. Nhưng bạn nào học marketing gắng học cơ bản về design nữa nhé, có ích cực kì, không thì vẽ vời, thiết kế nhảm nhí rồi đem khoe thích lắm, có cái để đời. Làm freelance mình rút ra kinh nghiệm rằng, thứ nhất cố gắng quản lí quỹ thời gian mình thật tốt, vì lúc này không ai ép bạn làm đúng giờ mà chỉ tự bạn chọn khung giờ hiệu quả nhất cho bản thân, nhưng vẫn work-life balance and healthy. Thứ hai, làm khách hài lòng, thật ra mình rất dễ tính và may mắn là khách mình cũng dễ thương nữa, mình thường sửa đến khi khách hài lòng, khi họ hài lòng sản phẩm bạn làm ra thêm 10 phần giá trị, khách sẵn sàng trả bạn số tiền cao hơn, sẽ giới thiệu thêm job hay chắc chắn sẽ quay lại. Thứ ba là ngồi quán cà phê nhiều dễ ngán lắm, ráng 1 tuần kím 1 list các quán rồi đi dần nha.

Và hiện tại mình đang bắt đầu làm Brand Marketing Executive tại Vinamit, vẫn còn năm 4, cho nên đối với mình, những kinh nghiệm trên thực sự góp phần tạo nên một con người giỏi hơn, từ tư duy đến kĩ năng. Mình bây giờ khác với mình của 1 năm trước rất nhiều. Mình hy vọng bạn cũng vậy, hãy nhìn lại bản thân của 1 năm trước và mình mong bạn sẽ hài lòng bạn của 1 năm nay hơn, nếu chưa thì tiếp tục cố gắng lên, cuộc đời còn dài mà. Sau này mình dự định startup 1 studio design nữa, mà thôi tính sau, để dành hoài bão, kinh nghiệm quan trọng hơn.

Not one to stay stuck in the moment, Taj Gibson insisted he'll let this one go no matter how tempting it might be to hold onto it.

The rookie tied a career high with 20 points and had 13 rebounds, and the Chicago Bulls used a big first-half run to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 122-90 on Saturday night for their fourth straight victory.

"You're only as good as your last game," Gibson said.

And this one was quite impressive. He hit 9 of 14 shots and fed off newcomer Hakim Warrick in another eye-opening performance from a rookie whose emergence made the departed Tyrus Thomas expendable.

"He's such a good kid," coach Vinny Del Negro said. "He is very coachable. He wants to learn and is always working. I like some of the passes that he and Hakim made to each other. They worked well against the zone."

And they had plenty of help.

Derrick Rose scored 17 points to help the Bulls set a season high for points. So did Kirk Hinrich, who also buried three 3-pointers to give him 773 in his career and break a tie with Ben Gordon for the club record.

Warrick had a highlight reel dunk over Thaddeus Young that "got me going" and finished with 15 points. Brad Miller scored eight of his 15 during a 23-1 run to close the second half, turning a three-point deficit into a 58-39 lead and sending Chicago to his sixth win in seven games. The Bulls set a team record for fewest turnovers with four while dishing out 26 assists.

"They were finding the open man, just making the right plays," the Sixers' Allen Iverson said.

Andre Iguodala led Philadelphia with 23 points. Young scored 17 points, but the Sixers went 8:14 without a field goal during a drought that spanned the second and third quarters in their most lopsided loss this season while falling for the third time in four games.

"We couldn't hit shots and we couldn't get stops," Iguodala said.

They were leading 38-35 after Iguodala hit two free throws with 5:19 left in the first half.

And then?

Miller put back his own miss and led the charge as the Bulls scored 21 straight before Young hit 1 of 2 free throws with 35 seconds left. Miller added a layup, hit 2 of 3 free throws after getting fouled on a 3 and buried two more foul shots.

And after Young's free throw, Rose drove for a layup in closing seconds to make it a 19-point game at halftime, and he started the third with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer. Hinrich then hit one of his own to make it 64-39 and give him 701 in his career, putting him ahead of Gordon.

"I don't feel like I shoot a lot of 3s," Hinrich said. "I just take them when it's available."

Iverson finally hit a fadeaway jumper for the Sixers' first field goal since Rodney Carney's put-back with 6:59 left in the first half, but the Bulls continued to pour it on for their second straight lopsided home win.

They beat the Knicks by 33 on Tuesday and followed up wins at New York and Minnesota with another impressive showing against a struggling Sixers team. With the next two games against Washington and Indiana, Chicago has a chance to keep the streak going.

It would help if they had an effective Joakim Noah.

He entered to loud cheers with 3:33 left in the first quarter and finished with a point and two rebounds in 7 minutes after missing seven games with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. That Noah was in uniform was a surprise considering Del Negro had said he probably wouldn't play.

Warrick, in his first home game since the trade deadline deal with Milwaukee, whipped the crowd into a frenzy late in the opening quarter, when he pivoted and threw down a one-handed facial over Young. The groans were just as loud moments later when Noah missed a dunk even though he was all alone, and he heard it from his teammates.

Otherwise, he felt fine.

"I really feel no pain, and I feel really good that we're playing such good basketball right now," he said.

The Bulls' previous low for turnovers was five against Washington on Feb. 23, 2007. ... Sixers G Willie Green missed his second game with a slightly separated left shoulder. F Jason Smith missed his third straight game with a sprained right ankle, and newcomer Francisco Elson, recovering from hernia surgery, was not in uniform.
