進入11月，默默的幾天內，23, 24 颱風相繼生成，這樣下去，力拼年度 27個以上颱風應該很有機會。

【娜克莉颱風形成，哈隆挑戰今年最強颱風】
🌀 第24號娜克莉颱風
➡️ 晚間日本氣象廳很快的將南海熱帶低壓命名為第24號颱風「娜克莉」，對台灣不會有直接影響，但會間接加強周四起將影響台灣的東北季風。
🌀 第23號哈隆颱風
➡️ 令人驚奇的是第23號颱風「哈隆」，晚間颱風強度的各項指標如型態、對流、眼溫度等等都來到顛峰，若單純以衛星資料分析，哈隆颱風相當有機會挑戰今年西太平洋的「風王」，和上個月的「哈吉貝」颱風一較高下。
🇶 至於為什麼11月了，颱風還這麼多？
🇦 主要的原因是因為現在西太平洋是「季內震盪」的對流旺盛期。赤道熱帶地區的對流起起伏伏，研究發現如果這個月太平洋對流旺盛，下個月可能就換成東邊的大西洋，再過兩個禮拜換印度洋，這樣「對流旺盛帶向東傳播」的週期現象，稱為「馬登－朱利安振盪 Madden Julian Oscillation」，又稱為「MJO」。
而MJO的週期讓海面上對流活躍的時候，熱帶擾動或颱風就容易誕生啦！

เรื่องนี้ จริงๆ ทางกรมอุตุฯ ได้ออกแถลงการณ์แก้ข่าวไปรอบแล้ว แต่ท่าทางจะไม่ได้ผล ยังมีแชร์กันกระหน่ำ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่ฝนเริ่มเยอะตอนนี้ด้วย ... สรุปได้เลยว่า เรื่องมั่วครับ นาซ่าไม่เคยคาดการณ์อะไรแบบนั้น แถมปีนี้ น้ำไม่ได้เยอะมากมายอะไรเป็นพิเศษด้วย
ตามที่มีการแชร์กันในโซเชียลว่า "NASA พยากรณ์ว่าปีนี้ กระแสน้ำอุ่นเอลนีโญ่จะไหลย้อนสู่เอเชีย ทำให้ไทยมีฝนตกชุกเป็นพิเศษ และคาดการณ์อีกว่า กลางเดือนกันยายน 2560 น้ำจะท่วมใหญ่ กรุงเทพ เมืองชายฝั่งของไทย ความสูงของระดับท่วมสูงขนาดท่วมตึก 4 ชั้น ไฟจะดับไปทั่วเป็นเวลา 7 เดือนกว่าน้ำจะลด จะเกิดมหาพายุ Super Tornado ถล่มไทย น้ำเหนือไหล น้ำทะเลหนุนสูง กรุงเทพกลายเป็นเมืองบาดาล"
คือ มันมั่วสุดๆ เลยนะ ผิดหลายเรื่องเชียว ... แค่เรื่องเอลนีโญ่ก็ไม่ใช่และ คือถ้าเป็นปีเอลนีโญ่เนี่ย ฝนมันต้องแล้ง ตกน้อยลง ไม่ใช่ตกมากขึ้น
และจริงๆ ปีนี้เนี่ย การคาดการณ์จริงๆ ตามหลัก ENSO (El Niño–Southern Oscillation) ถือว่า ฤดูฝนปีนี้จะค่อนข้างเป็น neutral หรือเป็นกลาง หมายความว่า ไม่ใช่จะแล้งจัดเพราะเอลนีโญ่ หรือจะฝนหนักเพราะลานินญ่า เหมือนบางปีที่ผ่านมา .. และน่าจะคงความเป็นกลางไปจนถึงสิ้นปี ไม่ได้พัฒนาไปเอลนีโญ่ในเดือนกันยายนอย่างที่พูดถึงด้วย
ส่วนมหาพายุ super tornado อะไรนั้น ก็ไม่ได้จะมีเกิดในบ้านเราแต่อย่างไร สำหรับในปี 2560 นี้ทางศูนย์ภูมิอากาศของกรมอุตุฯ พยากรณ์ว่าน่าจะจำมีพายุที่จะเข้าสู่ประเทศไทยประมาณ 2 ลูกตามปรกติ
แถมว่า ที่แชร์กันอยู่ตอนนี้ เล่นเอาคลิปของ ดร.สมิทธ มาแปะให้ดูน่าเชื่อถือขึ้นไปอีกด้วย ... ซึ่ง ดร. ท่านก็ไม่ได้บอกว่าจะมีน้ำท่วมหนักกรุงเทพฯ ตึก 4 ชั้นอย่างที่ว่านะ
