Here's my conversation with Red Cross Philippines Chairman Richard Gordon as aid workers prepare for the arrival of Super Typhoon Mangkhut.
He also shares his thoughts on how climate change may be a factor behind the ever-intensifying series of super storms that have been hitting the Philippines.
"We are getting more prepared but the storms are getting bigger," Gordon tells me. "The storms are getting stronger and harsher, so we have to ratchet up our capability."
