1. 創業家必勝決心，沒有兼職、不兼著讀書，不留後路。Entrepreneurs are always full time. The only way to win is having no safety nets.

2. 投資新創投的是人。產品會一直改，對的人一直在，很重要。Investors invest in founders, not just products. Products change but the founders are always there. Single founder has less chance to succeed.

3. 有心癢癢想創業，就要認真考慮去試試，但不是每個人都適合創業。If you are itchy about going into startup, then go to startup. Start up is not for everyone though.

4. 要不要合夥創業，最重要是想想跟合夥人會不會合。Being a cofounder or not? Think about if you get along with the founder.

5. 大公司一直都在，創業之後不行還能回企業。但工程師例外，年紀大不容易回企業。You can always go back to corporates to work after start up. However, engineers are harder to join back to corporate if they are older.

6. 新創裡，大公司福利光環都不見，謙卑彎腰低頭是創業家必備。You lose all the benefit perks when you join/start start up. Be humble and be the nobody is necessary to be an entrepreneur.
